First of all thankyou very much for Nanda Raj Jat story.
 
My self Neelam Negi from Noida, my home town is Kasauli (Himachal Pradesh) but my naive place is Devrana (Gaon) Yamkeshwar Block, tehsil Kotdwar.
We born and bought up in Kasauli and i think it would be not quite wrong to say that we are realy very ignorant of our pure culture and  devi detas....
I like your Topics on this blog, I add the site in my favorite Bar....
 
I want to know about चोसिंगा खाडू, क्या सच में उसका सर धड से अलग हो जाता है होमकुंड को पर करने क बाद.... अगर हो जाता है तो वो आगे केसे चलता है .
मेंने यह लिखी साडी खानी पढ़ी लेकिन क्या कही ये कहानी या कहे की ये परंपरा क बारे में ..... लिखा है प्लेअसे आप मुझे बताइए में पढना चाहती हूँ
एक और बात पूछनी है की नंदा देवी सब घरो में पूजी जाती है हमारे गाँव devrana में भी... और अगर हा तो ये यात्रा कब होती है क्या इस यात्रा में अपने गाँव वालो के  साथ जाना होता है....  इस यात्रा में जाने क लिय कोई सरकारी प्रक्रिया तो नही होती है....
 
अगर आप ये बातें मुझे बता दोगे तो मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगेगा ..... क्या यात्रा में लड़किया जाती है....

First of all i would like to congrats you for ypur efforts in making this site ang getting valuable packages of knowledge through which every pahari can understand about his past his culture and all.
Mr Mehtaji my concern is regarding VERMA caste which is found in many place of kumaon i know that there are jewellers by profession but as we check there past they are RAJPUTS by caste .for further clarification you can read books like """KUMAON KA ITIHASH""" & CHANDRAVANSH KA SASAN KAL can i get this information that they still come under kshatriyas as many from ALMORA and  CHAMPAWAT say themselv as RAJPUTS. KUMAON KA ITIHASH book also supports the words of above said people
if they are RAJPUTS then why they are enjoying benefits.
Can u make these things cleared?
