After a heinous rape incident of a Girl originally from doon in Delhi a last week. There is outrage across the Country and people are demanding for justice for Damini. A similar nature of incident also took in place pious Devbhomi Haldwani uttarakhand where a Girl kiran Negi was raped by a Dr Amit in Kaladungi area and there tried to kill her. Kiran anyhow managed to escape from the grip the accused Doctor. The girls remained in unconscious in Kaladungi Jungle and she was spotted by some Autorikshaw Driver and they took him in Govt hospital Haldwani for treatment. The Girl gained her conscious after days and has given a written statement to police but Police is not taking the matter seriously as the accused has not been arrested so far.
[/color]-----------------Gurvinder Singh ChadhaDecember 19Shocking..........same incidence happened in Haldwani 2Days ago  19 year old Radha came to Haldwani to go to Kaladhungi (near Haldwani )An autoricchkshawa driwer given her lift .One person was also sitting with driwer .They had started teaing her and brought her to a lonely place.....and raped her .later on thrown her in a jungle side .She was unconcious for 2 days there........a villager saw her and informed the police ......she was semi naked ....her pulse was down  she was shivering......Radha admitted in Medical College in Haldwani ......she is in trauma.......me and wife are looking her  Today in hospital she was wearing only half sleeve man shirt (front side on back) and no buttons    ........ my wife brought new clothes and sweater and wore her with the help of staff .......I had informed all the matter to State Women President.....Sushila baluni  and after her intervension after24 hours 9admitted in hospital)...SDM and Tehsildar came to take her statement just now........8pm......till now her relatives not reached ........And they are insisting her not to open mouth.....we will be insulted ..........please help her ....she want justice......you may contact me 09411777234..09897502131चन्द्रशेखर करगेती5 hours agoकब जागेगी नैनीताल पुलिस ?  हल्द्वानी कांड में अपने जिले के एसएसपी डॉ. सदानंद दाते का मानवीय सेन्स तो देखो, सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल में भर्ती योंन शोषण की पीडीत १९ वर्षीय लड़की के आरोपों की जांच एक महिला पुलिस दारोगा द्वारा की जानी चाहिए थी,जबकि इस घटना की जांच के लिए एक लट्ठमार पुरुष दरोगा को जांच अधिकारी बनाया गया है !   क्या योंन शोषण से पीडीत महिला, पुरुष दरोगा को आरोपी पुरुष के खिलाफ कुछ बता पायेगी ? पहाड़ की जिस सीधी-सादी लड़की ने कभी पुलिस देखी न हो, ना उसका चरित्र जाना हो क्या वह वर्दीधारी, कमर में रिवाल्वर खोसे एक पुरुष पुलिस दारोगा को अपनी आप बीती का सच बता पायेगी ? क्या वर्तमान कानून भी इसकी इजाजत देते है ?   अगर पीडीता से यदि पूछताछ की भी जायेगी तो वह पुरुष दारोगा उससे किस तरह से पूछताछ करेगा, कैसे कैसे प्रश्न पूछेगा ? क्या भारतीय कानून इस प्रकार पीडीता से पूछताछ किये जाने की इजाजत देता है ?  मजे की बात देखिये इस घटना के बयान कलम बंद करने वाले मजिस्ट्रेट महोदय भी पुरुष ही थे, और पहली तहरीर लेकर रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने वाले पुलिस अधिकारी लालकुआँ के कोतवाल भी पुरुष ही थे ? आप समझ सकते  है कि इन सब अनजान खूसट पुरुषों के सामने डरी-सहमी लड़की ने क्या बयान दिए होगे ? ऐसे में तब जबकि उसका कोई परिवारीजन भी सामने नहीं था, पुलिस ने भी बड़ी तत्परता दिखाई और शुरुआती बयान के आधार पर ही ताजिराते हिंद की दफा 354 & 392 जैसा हल्का मुकदमा भी कायम कर लिया ?   इस वाकये से तो ऐसा ही लगता है कि अपने उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में योग्य और कानून के जानकार पुलिस अधिकारियों की घोर कमी है, जो पुलिस अधिकारी उत्तर प्रदेश में रहते कभी सीओ बन के सालो ऐडियाँ रगडा करते ,उन्हें उत्तराखण्ड बनने पर  जिले का कप्तान जैसे महत्वपूर्ण पद उपहार स्वरुप दे दिये जा रहें है ? क्या इन्ही के लिए बना था ये उत्तराखण्ड ?   कल शाम इस मामले में महिला सामाख्या की बसंती दीदी, उमा दीदी, कमल दीदी और अन्य सदस्यों के साथ मैं और गुरविंदर चड्ढा जी डीएम साहिबा निधीमणी से मिले और उन्हें इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप कर महिला जांच अधिकारी नियुक्त करवाने का आग्रह किया, साथ ही उनसे आग्रह किया गया कि वे कांड की निष्पक्ष जांच करवाये क्योंकि आरोपी के पिता लखनऊ के नामी आईएएस बताये जा रहें है, और ऐसी खबर है कि प्रसाशन में उनकी अच्छी पकड़ है, जो जांच को भी प्रभावित कर सकते है !  पता नहीं इस राज्य के हुक्मरान कब जागेंगे,जागेंगे या फिर जिदा ही बूत बने रहेंगे ! — with Aranya Ranjan and 60 others. 19Unlike ·  · ShareM S Mehta

Gurvinder Singh ChadhaThursday16 saal ki radha ka 2009 mein ek government hospital Chokhutia mein niyukt Doctor Amit Mishra nein Rape kara aur usko dhamki dekar chup rehne ko kehta raha....gareeb masoom ki Atma jakhmi ho chuki thi.....woh roj mar mar kar ji rahee thi ....dil mein badle ki aag lekar roj us doctor se badla lene ka sochti rehti thee.......doctor ka transfer Kaladhungi ho gaya........11 dec ko Radha Chokhutia se Haldwani aayee jahan se usko Kaladhungi jana tha ........uski planning thee ki woh doctor ko chaku se jaan se maar kar Novan pee legi...........usko Hadwani mein three wheeler wala aur uska saathi mil gaye ......usko kamra dilwane ke bahane jungle mein le gaye ......badsaluki ki niyat se uska rape karne ki unki planning thee .....achanak kisi bus ki roshni dekh wo dono ghabra gaye......aur ladki jungle mein bhag gayee......dubara uskee ijjat lutne se bach gayee..........achanak hui rape ki koshish aur chedchad se  jungle mein ladki sardi mein behosh paree rahee..........buri najuk avastha mein usko medical college mein bharti kavaya gaya hai.........uske dil mein haivan kameen doctor se badla lene ki ichha hai...........doctor ko woh maarna chahtee hai .......doctor kisi IAS ka beta hai ........koi??????????uski madad ko tayaar nahee hai.......... usko insaaf chayeea

ये बहुत आश्चर्य की बाट है कि लोकल मीडिया में भी इस मुद्दे पर कोई खबर नहीं दिखाई दे रही है.. क्या मीडीया की नज़रों में  दिल्ली की महिलाओं की इज्जत-आबरू-सम्मान अधिक और देश की अन्य इलाकों की महिलाओं का सम्मान कुछ नहीं?

Local news channel and papers have kept this issue under carpet.
