मैं कशम लिछूं कि मैं भ्रष्टाचारस बढ़ावा दिन वालो क्वे काम नि करुंलो और भ्रष्टाचार बटी संबंधित कै घटना हुन पर चुप्प ले नी रूं, जो ले आदिम या संस्था ये लिजी बनी रैछ, उस येकी सूचना द्यूंलो....चाहे भ्रष्टाचार करनी वालो क्वे ले हो.....भगवान कसम।

India, and let’s not mince words here, is a cesspool of corruption. The thought of stamping down corruption, deep-rooted in the fabric of the Indian society, has been beaten to death in many a film that depicts a hero valiantly fighting against the evils of corruption and its perpetrators. More often than not, it is violence that showcases itself as the solution to root out corruption. In reality though, and due to the widespread nature of corruption itself, the solution doesn’t lie in someone fronting an amazing repertoire of fighting skills or verbally incisive dialogues to get their points across.
 
Corruption, as we are often reminded, is a malaise that doesn’t need treatment as it could potentially rear its ugly head at unwelcome junctures in the future. It requires a massive effort to raise not just awareness but strategies to tackle and obliterate corruption completely. Due to the massive scale of such an operation, the logistics can be frightening if not downright daunting to say the least.
 
Corruption is a pest and invariably endangers the morals of the entire country. It is the greatest single bane of our society today and is a bondage of our soul and being. Some go as far as saying that corruption is part of our DNA. This is interesting as corruption is never systematic because there is no rhyme nor reason for its existence. It is the cold, calculated theft of opportunity from the men, women and children who are least able to protect themselves. Who is corrupt and who isn’t corrupt? These are the questions that are being raised, but this is not how corruption is solved. The duty of every citizen is to challenge corruption.
 
Despite the obvious hindrances, there are some individuals and organisations who step up to the task and let their good intentions be known to everyone. It only takes a few dedicated and persevering souls to garner support for such a worthy cause."

दोस्तो य़ह टोपीक पढकर बहुत अच्छा लगा। हमै सपथ ही नही लेनी है बल्कि इसे उखाड कर नष्ट कर देना है।
यह अच्छी बात है की आप कम से कम सपथ तो ले रहे हो आपका सपथ लेने का मतलब है, और का मागॅ दशॅन करना, औरो को प्रेणा देना।
अब बात रह गयी (मेरी, हमारी) शपथ लेने की तो (मै, हम) भी शपथ लेता हु.
लेकिन शपथ लेने से पहले मै आपको यह बतलाना चाहता हु कि गौर कीजियेगा,

मै भष्टाचार का पैदाईसी दुशमन हु।

दोस्तों ये बहुत ही बढ़िया टोपिक है ये लेकिन सबसे पहले हमें भ्रष्टाचार का अर्थ मालुम होने चाहिए,जो की हम सब के लिए जरूरी है! अगर सपथ लेने से भ्रष्टाचार ख़त्म हो जाता तो और क्या चाहिए था एक साधारण इंसान को, सपथ तो हमारे देश के नेता भी लेते हैं, और ये नेता तो गीता महाभारत और कुरान की सपथ लेते है, फिर भी भ्रष्टाचार ख़त्म नहीं होता बल्कि ये भ्रष्टाचार को बढावा देने की सपथ लेते हैं!

मैं तो बिलकुल भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ हूँ वो जब से होश संभाला है न कभी किसी को परशान किया और न ही शायद कभी करूंगा और न ही किसी को करने दूंगा,और न किसी के ऊपर ये भ्रष्टाचार की परिछाई पड़ने दूंगा यही मेरी सपथ है! और ये सपथ मैंने तब खाई थी जब मैंने अपने माँ बाप को भ्रस्ताचार के खिलाफ लड़ते और आवाज उठाते देखा था ! दोस्तों मेरे माँ बाप के ऊपर भी लोगों ने कई तरह से परेशान करने की कोशिश थी लेकिन जब से मैंने होश संभाला सबका हिशाब चुक्दा कर दिया जिसने भी मेरे माँ बाप को परशान किया उसके जबाब ब्याज सहित लोटा दिया है! और न ही मैं कभी भी किसी के ऊपर भ्र्श्ताछार होने दूंगा !

लेकिन  भ्रष्टाचार हमारे जीवन का हिस्सा बन गया है। ज्यादातर लोग इसके आदी हो गए हैं। यह खतरे का संकेत है। इससे भ्रष्टाचार के दंड से बचने की प्रवृत्ति बढ़ेगी और भ्रष्टाचार को स्वीकृति देने की संस्कृति और मजबूत होगी। भ्रष्टाचार का खामियाजा सबसे अधिक गरीब और कमजोर वर्ग के लोगों को भुगतना पड़ता है।

गरीबी उन्मूलन की योजनाओं का इससे बंटाढार हो जाता है, कानून एवं न्याय का राज खतरे में पड़ जाता है। नागरिक जिम्मेदारियों और मर्यादित आचरण के आदर्शों की जगह संकीर्ण स्वार्थों पर आधारित दृष्टिकोण हावी हो जाते हैं। आदर्शवादी युवा पीढ़ी के लिए यह जहर का काम करता है। हमें इस भ्रष्टाचार नामक कीटाणु को जड़ से उखाड़ फेंकने की सपथ लेनी और उस पर अमल करना है !
