पौरेगव - सम्राट सुयोधन को पौरेगव अर्थात पाकशाला निरीक्षक उत्तराखंड का राजकुमार गढ़कुमार एवं कुर्माकुमार  करदु। राजकुमार गण ! कृपया भितर पाकशाला मा प्रवेश कारो ।

सूदाध्यक्ष  - हिमालय पुत्र ! कृपया स्थान ग्रहण कारो।  अहा ! तुम दुयुंकी  दृष्टि समिण उच्च घण्यस मा धर्याँ ताम्र पात्रुं से  हठणि इ नी च ?
गढ़कुमार - यी सब पात्र ताम्र धातु से ही बण्या छन ?
महानसाध्यक्ष - मि चक्रवर्ती सम्राट कु मुख्य पाकशाला अधिकारी छौं।  स्वागत हो ! सत्य।  यी सब पात्र ताम्र धातु से बण्या छन।
कुर्माकुमार - सम्भवतया ! सौ प्रकार का ताम्र पात्र ?
सूदाध्यक्ष  - खस कुमार ! सत्य सौ से अधिक ! चमस (चमच ) का बीसेक  प्रकार - जन कि दर्वी , पाणिका ,  कडच्छक , वितंडा आदि आदि।  प्रत्येक कार्य हेतु विशेष चमस।  इनि भिन्न प्रकार का विभिन्न   कटोर , कुंड , कुण्डी आदि ; कई प्रकार का ताम्र पट्टक (थाली ) ; पाक ताम्र पात्र , चषक (गिलास ) आदि आदि। कुछ बाण -तीर -गदा बि।
गढ़कुमार - सूदाध्यक्ष ! तुमन तो भोजन हेतु आमंत्रण दे छौ ?  तो ताम्र पात्र भंडार दिखाणा छंवां आर्य !
कुर्माकुमार - हाँ भाँती भाँती का ताम्र पात्र।  चमस से लेकि गहन जल संग्रह पात्र , भंडारीकरण पात्र तक  की प्रदर्शनी ?
सूदाध्यक्ष - खश कुमारो ! प्रदर्शनी ना केवल दर्शन मात्र।
कुर्माकुमार - सूदाध्यक्ष ! कूटनीति मा मुस्कराहट , हंसी , गम्भीरता , लघु  गम्भीरता , अधिक प्राकट्य याने उदारता कुछ बि लोभ से बिमुक्त नि हूंदी।  खश छंवां तो भी हम ये विषय तै जाणदा छंवां।
 गढ़कुमार - समझदा -परखदा छंवां।
सूदाध्यक्ष - क्षमा करें उत्तराखंड राजा खशाधीस का द्वी राजकुमार ! हम केवल शिष्टाचार वश ही तुम तैं ताम्र पात्र का दर्शन करौण्या छंवां।  ये तै अन्यथा नि लियां।

पौरेगव - निस्संदेह।  पूर्वी भारत, मध्यभारत इ ना श्रीलंका अर यवन राज्यों तक हस्तिनापुर का निर्मित ताम्र पात्र निर्यात हूंदन।  गांधार से हमारी ताम्र तकनीक संधि च तो गांधार मा कुछ सीमित रूप से ताम्र पात्र निर्मित हूंदन।
गढ़कुमार - इथगा ताम्र पात्र निर्माण हेतु  उपादान ( कच्चा माल ) कख बिटेन आंद ?
सोदाध्यक्ष - खशकुमार ! निसंदेह ताम्र कंदरा तो पाटलिपुत्र , बंगदेश आदि स्थानों मा बि छन किन्तु गुणवत्ता की  दृष्टि अर वाहन यात्रा दृष्टि से गढ़क्षेत्र अर कूर्म क्षेत्र कंदराओं का उपादान  ताम्र  ही हम प्रयोग करदां।
गढ़कुमार - या इ त वेदना च कि हम एक  सहस्त्र मण कच्चो ताम्र हस्तिनापुर दस सहस्त्र मुद्राओं मा भिजदां अर कुछ सेर ताम्र पात्र हस्तिनापुर से बीस सहस्त्र मुद्राओं मा क्रय करदां।
सूदाध्यक्ष (मध्यम किन्तु आदर की हंसी )  - द्वि कुमारो  ! अनावश्यक प्रश्न -उत्तर का स्थान पर सीधा सीधा मुख्य बिंदु पर आये जाय।
कुर्माकुमार -आर्य ।  हाँ मुख्य बिंदु पर आये जावो तो न्यायोचित होलु। हम हस्तिनापुर मा विगत द्वी सप्ताह से हस्तिनापुर मा ताम्र पात्र निर्माण युकृ (तकनीक)  आयात पर प्रत्येक अधिकारी से विचार विमर्श करणा छंवां किन्तु क्वी बि मुख्य बिंदु पर नि आणु च।

गढ़कुमार - आधा उत्तराखंड दीण से तो हम ताम्र पात्र युक्ति (तकनीक )  विहीन रौण ही उत्तम समजदवां।  अर अब हमन बि निश्चय  कर याल कि उत्तराखंड ताम्र कंदराओं मा ताम्र खनन ही समाप्त कर द्यालो। फिर तुम जाणो कि ताम्र कखन मीलल।
सूदाध्यक्ष - ताम्रपात्र निर्माण युक्ति  से तुम उत्तराखंड से ताम्र पात्र ही निर्यात नि करिल्या अपितु कई भाँती का उपकरण , युद्ध उपकरण बि निर्यात कर सकदां।
कुर्माकुमार -किन्तु आधा उत्तराखंड देकी  ताम्र पात्र निर्माण युक्ति नी चयेणि च।

राजनायिक - आद्य प्रातः सम्राट सुयोधन से विचार विमर्श ह्वे तो ऊंको बुलण छौ कि हस्तिनापुर राष्ट्र अर खशाधीस का अति प्राचीन संबंध छन।  अतएव ताम्र पात्र निर्माण युक्ति का विनियम मा हस्तिनापुर जौनसार भाबर से लेकि वाणाहाट (उत्तरकशी ) का क्षेत्र  स्वीकार कर ल्याला।
गढ़कुमार - भवतु ! किन्तु हम तै विमर्श का वास्ता कुछ अतिरिक्त  समय चयेंद।
राजनायिक -अस्तु ! तो तुम आद्य प्रस्थान करणा छंवां ?
द्वी कुमार - नास्ति ! नास्ति ! हम ताम्र पात्र निर्माण युक्ति  विनियम मा रवाईं क्षेत्र दीणो स्वीकार करणा छंवां।  किन्तु   ...
राजनायिक - किन्तु क्या ?
कुर्माकुमार - हम तै प्रजा तै समजाणो वास्ता कुछ नाटक तो करण पोड़ल कि ना ?
राजनायिक - तो हस्तिनापुर से तुम क्या अपेक्षा करदवां ?
गढ़कुमार - भोजपत्र मा कुछ चित्र चयेंदन जखमा सम्राट दुर्योधन हम दुयुंका  समकक्ष बैठ्याँ ह्वावन अर तुमर सभाषद हम राजकुमारों उत्साहपूर्वक सम्मान मा उत्साह दर्शित करणा छन  , कुछ चित्र जखमा सम्राट दुर्योधन हमर साथ भोजन करणा ह्वावन।
कुर्माकुमार - हम यूँ चित्रों तै प्रजा का समिण दर्शनार्थ धरला अर लोगों बीच यी दिखौंला कि सम्राट सुयोधन खशाधीश का अधिकाधिक  सम्मान करदन।
राजनायिक (मुल मुल  हँसीक )- षष्ट चित्र तयार छन।  म्यार सेवक चित्र लेक भैर बैठ्याँ छन।  कूटनीति कबि अग्रिम जांदी अर कभी पश्च मा जांदी किन्तु सदा कार्यशील हूंद।  षष्ठ मास  पूर्व जब तुम राजकुमारों आणो संदेश ऐ छयो तो हमन इन प्रकार का चित्र निर्मित करणो कार्य प्रारम्भ कर दे छया ।  क्षेत्र हस्तांन्तर व संधि पत्र ताम्र पत्र पर अंकित च। अंकित संधि पत्र  तामपत्र बि उद्यत (तयार ) च।  जब तुम इख अयाँ अर तुम विचार विमर्श करणा छया तो हस्तिनापुर का कूटनीतिज्ञ समझ गे छया कि तुमन रवाईं क्षेत्र हस्तांन्तर करणो उद्यत ह्वे जाण तो तुमर  ताम्र पत्र बि अंकित करणो आज्ञा टंकणकर्ताओं तै  दिए गे छे।  बस तुमर हस्ताक्षर अंकित करण  शेष छन।
पौरेगव - खश राजकुमार ! रसोईघर मा !  उख सुरा , सुरवा , सुन्दर्युं समुचित सुप्रबंध च।

                     If Bakhtawar Singh would have ready for surrender when Amar Singh Thapa surrendered Bakhtawar Singh would have gone from Shrinagar to Doti through Garhwal and Kumaon land.
           Governor General was wishing that Bamshah would have declared himself as Doti King by defecting Nepal Kingdom. Bamshah could not do so because his family members were in Kathmandu. His enemy in Kathmandu would have done worse for his family and relatives. British High Command discussed and thought that if Nepal army commanders of West Himalaya came together in Doti with soldiers they would be dangerous for British. British decided that Bakhtawar Singh would be sent to East of Nepal through Indian plains. Therefore, British did not permit Gurkha soldiers of West Himalaya for travelling through Garhwal and Kumaon hills for Doti. Though, British permitted Bakhtawar Singh for travelling through Kumaon Hill and Governor General wanted that Bakhtawar Singh go through Rohilakhand.  Edward Gardner and Nichols instructed Magistrate of Barely and Moradabad for leaving Bakhtawar Singh till east of Doti. Governor general instructed his subordinates in case Bakhtawar Singh wanted go through Hills with soldiers their safety would be provided.
           Perhaps Bakhtawar Singh reached Nepal through Kumaon hills and his army reached through Rohilkhand to Nepal.
                              British Amy In Shrinagar
    After Bakhtawar Singh leaving Shrinagar, Major Baldock reached to Shrinagar with his army. Major Baldock took charge of administration of Shrinagar and Garhwal.
         When Sudarshan Shah was in Ranihat the subjects offered thousands of rupees as gifts to the Bolda Badrinath (King). Sudarshan Shah appointed Shivram Saknyana (Saklani) as chaief executive advocate. Sudarshan Shah stayed in his Haveli of Palace.

              After settling administration in Sirmaur, Hindur, Bushehr etc, William Frazer reached Shrinagar on 14th July 1815 by crossing Ganga at Jakhnai through Sanga boat. Frazer camped at Gulabbagh in Shrinagar. Same day, Sudarshan Shah reached to Shrinagar and camped at Kui Bagwan 9Tehri Archives).
           Next day, Frazer declared that the region of east of Alaknand up to Rudraprayag and in north east of Mandakini was under British rule and people will be called the subjects (Praja) of British State. (Atkinson)
   Frazer instructed that inhabitants should come back to their villages and should start normal agricultural activities. Frazer declared abolition of Slavery (Barda) from Garhwal. Frazer called the Kamin and Sayana (Villages chiefs and elites) of East Garhwal and told them that East Garhwal and Kumaon are now merged in one Pargana. From now, they (East Garhwal people) should understand under Edward Gardner.
   Frazer informed Edward Gardner through a letter on 21st July 1815 about merger and also attached a list of Kamin and Sayana of East Garhwal. Frazer requested Gardner for taking charge immediately. Frazer mentioned that till that time the decision of East Bhagirathi region is undecided.
  Frazer sent a few officers to Kumaon for taking instruction for East Garhwal.

       Daya Shankar Bhatt was born in Farswari village, Patti- Situansyun of Pauri Garhwal on 14th October 1905. After taking initial education from Pauri and Dehradun, Dayashankar Bhatt shifted to Lahore. Daya Shankar Bhatt was Hindi teacher in Lahore. There he spent his time in creating literature. He created poems and stage plays in Hindi in support of Freedom Fight and social reforms.  He published a couple few Hindi books but most of other books are unpublished. He shifted to Dehradun and was busy in freedom movement from 1938-1948 and went jail for many occasions. He was one of the prominent social workers of Dehradun.
  Dayashankar Bhatt expired on 3rd march 1982 in Dehradun.
           Bhatt was also a musician and he created Musical Notes of various Garhwali Folk Songs. The ‘manuscript ‘Divya Sangit’ is a heritage for Garhwali folk song as manuscript is having Musical Notes of Garhwali folk Songs.  “Divya Sangit’ is still unpublished.
        Daya Shankar Bhatt ‘Bandi’ is one of the pioneer Garhwali language poets too who initiated modern Garhwali poetry. The following poem is inspirational and well praised by critics:
उठा  उठा  हे  गढवीर भायूं

उठा उठा हे गढ़वीर भायूं
कब तैं चुप बणिक रयेला
' बंदी ' समौ कम इन भि दिखेली
जय बीरता का डंका बजौंला

क्वी नी च भाई ! संगी हमारो
खुटौन अपणा खडु होणु होलो
'बंदी ' बणी गे हे वीर बैखो
संसार मा नाम कमौण होलो

ऐ जा पलेता पक्का कसीक
गढ़वाळ को लाज बचौं ल
'बंदी 'भलो प्राण बलि चढ़ौन्ला
संसार मा राड तुर्री बजौंला
