Beena Kandari is famous Garhwali poetess for creating effective imagery of Garhwal.
Beena Kandari was born in 1967, in Kasana village of Dhumakot region of Pauri Garhwal. Kandari has been publishing her poetries in various periodicals.
Beena Kandari also has been her Garhwali verses through All India radio and Doordarshan.
Bina Kandari uses various types of subjects as farmers, women, women pain, old people pain , nature, hill characteristics, administration, migration, unemployment and other subjects. She also uses sharp satire.
Critics appreciate her uses of appropriate symbols for creating imageries of auditory, visual, taste, and smell, touch, and internal emotion, kinetic, stable and figurative languages.
Beena Kandari is one of the leading poetesses of Garhwali language.

नौकर्यूं म जात पात

आंतरिक आवश्यकता याने दृढ़ आकांक्षा

IAS बनने की तीन प्रकार की आकांक्षाएं होती हैं - फैशनेबल आकांक्षा याने दुनिया को देखकर इच्छा पालना , किसी के बोलने से आकांक्षा पालना और तीसरी तरह की महत्वाकांक्षा जो आंतरिक इच्छा होती है इस प्रकार की महत्वाकांक्षा में उद्देश्य में मानसिकता में जीवन मरण का प्रश्न जैसा बन जाता है।
IAS अधिकारी बनने की इच्छा दृढ़ संकल्प में तब्दील हकार आंतरिक आवश्यकता बहन जानी चाहिए। IAS बनने की इच्छा जब तक जीवन -मरण की इच्छा ना बन जाए तब तक इसे आंतरिक आवश्यकता नही कह सकते हैं। हर IAS आकांक्षार्थी को इच्छा को मानसिक आवश्यकता बनाना आवश्यक है

पढ़ने में रूचि
IAS व तत्संबंधी विषयों को पढ़ने में विशेष रूचि आवश्यक है। टाल बराई के नाम पर पढ़ने से IAS नही बना जा सकता है। चार पांच घण्टी की पढाई को रूचि के साथ किया जाना आवश्यक है। पढ़ाई याने जोगध्यान के साथ पढ़ने को पढ़ाई में रूचि कहते हैं।

क्रमबद्ध पढ़ाई
सभी विषयों की पढाई क्रमबद्ध तरीके से की जानी चाहिए और सभी विषयों में पारंगतता हासिल करना भी आवश्यक है।
परीक्षा आने के रट्टा लगाने वाली शैली IAS की तैयारी में नही चलती है।
निरन्तर व क्रमबद्ध पढ़ाई ही IAS परीक्षा पास करने की मुख्य कुंजी है।

मानसिक क्षमता
IAS की तैयारी में मानसिक क्षमता ही कारगर सिद्ध होती है याने
अ -जो पढा वः याद रहे और उस पढाई को दूसरों को समझाने की क्षमता
ब -जो भी पढा उस पर अपने विचार देने की क्षमता
स -याद रखने की क्षमता
द - समझाने की भाषा की क्षमता

अन्य सहयोग
IAS की तैयारी में बाह्य सहयोग भी उतना आवश्यक है जितना आंतरिक दृढ़ इच्छा शक्ति -
क -परिवार , रिस्तेदारों का सभी तरह का समर्थन व सहयोग
ख - यदि नौकरी है तो बॉस व सहयोगियों का समर्थन व सहयोग
ग -अध्यापकों , सफल प्रत्याशियों का समर्थन व समय समय पर समर्थन , प्रोत्साहन व सहयोग (सलाह , अनुभव बाँटने आदि में )
घ -सभी तरह के मित्रों समर्थन , प्रोत्साहन व सहयोग जैसे डिस्कसन आदि में
इस तरह के सहयोग आपके तनाव दूर करने में भी सहयोगी सिद्ध होते हैं।

With the increase in numbers of canals, the farming community started settling in Bhabhar Garhwal. British offered same facilities to famers in Garhwal Bhabhar as in Kumaun Bhabhar. After receiving the request letter from interested farmer, the officers used to demark the land. Then the famers were free for cutting trees and shrubs. Farmers used make land for farming and government did not take rent for initial two crops. Officials used to fix rent after three crops.
Slowly, there was sizable increase in adventurous farmers. Those farmers were mostly Garhwali or Kumaunis. The applicant after getting permission used to call his relative for farming. The permitted farmer used to keep some portion of land for him and used to divide balance land among his relatives came for farming. Kumauni farmers used to return back to their hill villages in summer till rainy season ended but mostly, Garhwali famers used to stay in Bhabhar for whole year. A few Garhwali farmers used to send back their family members to hill villages after harvesting Ravi crop.
Asamis or farmers used to provide plough, bulls, seeds etc to Sajha man and used to offer one fourth crop to Sajha man. Sajha used to pay rent of the land. Usually Sajha were from Harijan (scheduled caste) communities of Garhwal or cobblers from Bijnor region (Joshi).
Applicant Farmers were from upper caste only.
Grig wrote that Garhwali Sirgiroh were better than Kumauni Sirgiroh.

Satish Balodi is typist and short hand expert by profession but his poetic craftsmanship is beyond taking dictation and obeying what boss dictates. He s famous for exposing the finer hidden odd things happening in his environment.
Date of Birth: 16th October, 1968
Place: Village-Baisoli, Anjani Sain, Tihri Garhwal
Education : Intermediate, ITI (Short hand and typing)
Published book: a collection of Garhwali poems “Au Ninda Balhi”. Crtics appreciated the poems very much.
He has published many poems, articles in periodicals and regularly relays poems from Akashvani
Satish Balodi is a social worker and is attached to Bhuwaneshwari Mahila Asharam, Anjani Sain, Tehri
Satish also satires on various issues as he lambasts government -
