: Spearheading efforts across strategic planning and administrative supervision for setting up the Engineering College presently into the second year with a student strength of over 600 students in UG, 50 in PG courses. Complete infrastructure of over 5 lakh Sqft under establishment with all laboratories and faculty.
Instrumental in coordinating affairs for starting PhD program in Engineering and Applied Sciences as well as courses related to Hotel Management & Tourism, Hotel Administration and Social Welfare.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment, imparting training to team members that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
Implementing effective Administrative Policies and successfully coordinating administrative support for the office. Conceptualizing and designing innovative strategies and ensuring smooth execution of overall tasks assigned by the management.

Hold credentials of augmenting student strength from 1035 in Jan 2006 to 2194 students in August 2008.and the institute infrastructure by over 2 lakh sqft during a period of 3 years .
Finalized MoU’s with foreign Universities for credit transfer with Gannon University Pennsylvania (USA) in 2007 , student and faculty exchange program with Polytech Nantes in June 2008.

- Developed & coordinated a 5 Year vision plan for development of the institute.
- Secured funds from donors and Central/Staste Govt. worth Rs. 10 million.
- Acquired real estate and doubled campus area to address expansion plan.
- Skilfully coordinated for TIFAC [Dept. of Science & Technology] Nodal Information Center at Almora to drive projects while seeking Government funding.
- Conceived and secured funding for Mobile Clinic & Research Project-
An experimental ‘one-of-a-kind’ project in Rural Health Care Management and disease data collection, supported by the Government of India and Government of Uttaranchal, endorsed by the office of the President of India and launched with a project fund of Rs 25 million.

On deputation as Director, Jan Shikshan Sansthan:- Founder Director of the Jan Shikshan Sansthan Bhimtal, a Ministry of Human Resources Department Project, Govt. of India with a mandate of providing vocational training to neo-literates for self-employment in the District of Nainital, Uttaranchal.
