As you are aware the Assembly Elections may be held Uttarakhand in Oct-Nov 2011 or in Jan & Feb 2012. All the political parties are on their toe for election preparation. One way the ruling party BJP is doing “Antotay Yatra” on another hand National & opposition Party Congress is doing “Satyagrah Yaatra” to entice the Voters.

However, the moot point remains the same i.e. development.

 उत्तराखंड राज्य का सबसे बड़े मुद्दे वही के वही है ! चाहे वो विकास का मुद्दा, राजधानी का सवाल, पलायन, बेरोजगारी, पर्यटन आदि! ये सारी की सारी समस्या वही की वही है! आंखिर क्या बदला - इन दस सालो में ?  क्या उत्तराखंड राज्य बनाने के पीछे जो बबुत बड़ी लडाई लड़ी गयी थी, उसके पीछे यही भ्रष्टाचार देखना था जो आज उत्तराखंड राज्य में चरम में है !   इस टोपिक में हम चुनाव और विकास के  बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा करगे ! क्या राष्टीय पार्टियों को सिर्फ ५ साल के लिए कुर्सी ही चाहिए!   पहाड़ की भोली भाली जनता को कब तक ये ठगते रहंगे ?  चुहाव जीतने के लिए सिर्फ शिलानाश, घोषणा ही घोषणा.. किये जाते रहंगे... ?  उठना होगा जन मानुष को .... अपने विकास के लिए..  उन ४२ शहीदों के सपनो के सपनों के उत्तराखंड के लिए जिन्होंने पहाड़ के विकास के लिए अपने प्राणों के आहुति दी थी!  याद करो मुजफ्फर नगर का wah गोली कांड! So wee are looking forward views on the subject.. Election Vs Development in Uttarakhand.

I was just going through the news below. You can see how easily political people are befooling simple people of Uttarakhand. Nobody is talking about the water crisis in most of the District of Uttarakhand. They need vote only and 5 yrs terms.

Thousands of un-employed youth can be seen agitating for job at various Districts Uttarakhand but the ruling Govt is just for preparation election in 2012.

If a fair survey is done on development. I am sure that these parties will lose their grounds.

* Facebook           पोखरी, जागरण कार्यालय : जैसे-जैसे चुनावी मिशन 2012 का समय नजदीक आने लगा है, वैसे ही सियासी गतिविधियां भी तेज होने लगने लगी है। इसी गतिविधि को लेकर सूबे के पंचायतीराज मंत्री व आगामी विधान सभा चुनाव में बदरीनाथ विधान सभा से विधायक के प्रबल दावेदार राजेन्द्र भंडारी ने अपने कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन शुरू कर दिए हैं।
सोमवार को मोहनखाल में आयोजित काबीना मंत्री के कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन में कार्यकर्ताओं ने एक स्वर से यह कहा अबकी बारी, राजू भंडारी। वे चाहे किसी पार्टी से लड़े या निर्दलीय चुनाव लड़े हम सब उनके साथ है। पंचायतीराज मंत्री राजेन्द्र भंडारी ने कहा कि उन्होंने अपने विधान सभा के अंतिम छोर तक विकास योजनाएं पहुंचायी है। उन्होने कहा कि उनका प्रयास है कि हर गांव मोटर मार्ग से जुड़े, भंडारी ने सरमोला- रानौं मोटर मार्ग के खूनीगाड गांव से विनगढ तल्ला होते हुए उडामाण्डा को मोटर मार्ग से जोड़ने की घोषणा की।
कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन में कौशल्यादेवी रावत, माधोसिंह, नरेन्द्रसिंह असवाल, दानसिंह असवाल, संगीता असवाल, मंदोधरीदेवी पंत, कमला चौधरी, माहेश्वरीदेवी नेगी, मधु बतर्वाल, सुदर्शनसिंह बत्र्वाल, दर्शनसिंह बतर्वाल नन्दनसिंह पंवार, बासंदेवप्रसाद मलेठा, बुद्धिलाल, बांकेलाल, प्रबललाल, शिशुापालसिंह बत्र्वाल, देवराम पंत, महिधर प्रसाद पंत, डॉ. बृजेन्द्र गुसांई, सुरेन्द्रप्रसाद मलेठा शामिल थे।

उत्तराखंड राज्य अब तक जो विकास हुवा है, यहाँ विकास नहीं सिर्फ कुर्सी के लिए घमासान हुवा! भारतीय जनता पार्टी और कांग्रेस दोनों ने पहाड़ की जनता के साथ बहुत बड़ा खिलवाड़ किया !  कभी.. नौछमी साब ने,, कभी मूछो वाले साब ने और अब नोबेल पुरूस्कार के अभिलाषी. महान कवी निशक जी.. ! एक महान भाव .. कोशियारी साब सिर्फ पार्टी के इस्तेमाल करनी की गोटी रह गये !

किसी को भी एक विकास पुरुष के छवि में नहीं देखा गया! निशक साब के २ के शाशन में तो घोटालो की झड़ी लगी है! अब ये यात्रा करने में लगे है ... जनता को बकूब बनाने के लिए!   अगर आपने विकास किया तो जनता बतायेगी, आप महराज.. हर समय सुर्खियों में छाये रहने के आदी है !

जनता सिर्फ विकास के सपने देखते रही वो सपने आजतक पूरे नहीं हुए! इस परिवेश में एक लाइन सही बैठती है"
"हमें तो अपने नो लूटा, गैरो में कहाँ दम था" .... यानी... उत्तराखंड के लोगो ने ही उत्तराखंड को लूटा! ये सिर्फ हेलीकाप्टर में घुमते रहते है, वहां से पहाड़ देखते है!

हेलीकाप्टर से पहाड़ के सूखे हुए पानी के क्ष्रोत नहीं दिखते, वो उजड़े गाव नहीं दिखते जो पलायान का दंश झेल रहे है !

आज पहाड़ में कांग्रेस और भारतीय जनता पार्टी जैसे राष्टीय पार्टिया सिर्फ कुर्सी के लिए राजनीती कर रहे है ! विकास के मुद्दे किसी के भी अजंडे में नहीं !

मेरे हिसाब से अब उत्तराखंड के वोटर इन पार्टियों को दर किनार करना चाहिए !

राजधानी जैसे मुद्दे इन पार्टियों के कोई मायने नहीं रखते !

निशक साब..... हरक सिह रावत जी... और यशपाल आर्य जी..   अन्तोतय यात्रा और सत्याग्रह यात्रा से जनता को कितने बेकूफ बनावोगे !

Dear पंडित to day our Pahad is going on barran because we are choose MLA and MP but when they won their election all those person are forgot their well wishes. Therefor we should always aware and elect those person who is fully supported and doing some thing for our Pahad. Today all Parties like Cogress, BJP, UKD and so alls leader is standing in one line. Now the time is coming soon when they will seeing in the Pahad and for five years you forgot them. It is our duty that which person is fully belong to our problems and raised in Vidhansabha and Parliament with forcely. Now the discussing for Capital and Panchayati Raj. First BJP has dropped the those point and then congress came in position and Pt Tiwari set as CM he was fully political and realsiom and fantoos person. But Tiwari was not touch the matter of Capital but Panchayati Raj has been made but some problems raise by their MLA and not implement in the state. Then BJP Comes in Position and Honest CM Mr. General B.C. Khanduri is retired and Mr Nishan who is fully Corrupted is made a drama for Capital IN Gairsain or Dehradun but fail. because he was not interested to develop the Pahad. When Pahad will Develop then where he go. Panchayati Raj is not implement for good governance.

Dear Mehar Ji,

I will endorse your views.

The common people of Uttarakhand today asks where there development. The families of 42 martyrs who scarified their lives for sake of development of pahad.

These politicians have become like dead body which no sensitivity. They are least bothered for development of Uttarakhand. Everybody is busy in making money and providing all the benefits from Govt.

None of the National Parties ever publicly cleared their stand on Capital issue of Uttarakhand.

The corruption cases are touching sky in Uttarakhand.

Was it the objective behind formation for new state. ?
