Friends,

Rainy season has been very tough for the Uttarakhandi since last 2-3 yrs. Every year, heavy loss of men & material in Uttarakhand due to cloudburst & landslide cases. After the Kedarnath Tragedy in 2013, cloud bursts cases continues to be happen in hill areas of Uttarkahand. This year, at the outset of rainy weather, many cases of landslide have been reported.

People are helpless and feared due to the past experiences. We pray almighty for the safety all the people.

Rudraprayag, July 02 (ANI): A house collapsed on Thursday due to landslide in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. The incident took place at 9 AM on Thursday morning. The house was emptied before the mishap took place. No causalities have been reported so far. Heavy rainfall has triggered landslides in various parts of Uttarakhand, badly restricting movement of pilgrims and vehicles. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said the country received around 189.5 millimetres of rain in June as against a normal of around 163.6 millimetres.http://news.biharprabha.com

उत्तराखंड के पौड़ी में काल बनकर आई बार‌िश ने एक झटके में एक पर‌िवार की पांच ज‌िंदग‌ियां छीन ली। पौड़ी में बुधवार देर रात बार‌िश के चलते एक दोमंज‌िला मकान ढह गया ज‌िससे अंदर सो रहे पर‌‌िवार के पांच लोग एक साथ मलबे में ज‌िंदा दफन हो गए। मलबे से एक मह‌‌िला को ज‌िंदा न‌िकाल ल‌िया गया। अस्पताल में इलाज के बाद उसे छुट्टी दे दी गई। मृतकों में एक पुरूष और चार बच्चे हैं। प्रशासन द्वारा मृतक पर‌िवार को 21.10 लाख की सहायता का चेक सौंपा गया है। (amar ujala)

पौड़ी के एकेश्वर ब्लाक के मैणा गांव में बारिश से दोमंजिला मकान ढहने से एक ही परिवार के पांच लोग मलबे में जिंदा दफन हो गए। मृतकों में चार बच्चे हैं। घटना में एक महिला घायल ह्रुई है।

घायल महिला को प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र नौगांवखाल से प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद छुट्टी दे दी गई। घटना में अपने पति और बच्चों को गवां चुकी यह महिला गहरे सदमे में है।

घटना के वक्त सोए थे सभी
एकेश्वर ब्लाक के मैणा गांव निवासी रणवीर लाल पुत्र विक्रम लाल का परिवार बुधवार की रात खाना खाने के बाद सो गया था। इस दौरान हुई तेज बारिश से रात को करीब 11 बजे रणवीर लाल का दोमंजिला पुराना मकान ढह गया।

इससे मकान के अंदर सोए रणवीर लाल (38) पुत्र विक्रम लाल,� ऊषा देवी (34)पत्नी� रणवीर लाल,� ज्योति (11), ऋतु (09), राधा (05 ), और रोशन (07) पुत्र रणवीर लाल मकान के मलबे में दब गए।
