एक घटना आपके सामने प्रस्तुत है कि किस प्रकार से म्यूजिक एल्बम के नाम पर उत्तराखंड के उभरते हुए कलाकारों के साथ धोखाधडी हो रही है!

  This is PGG Member Gajendra Singh Negi From Raaga Bandhu Music Parivar (2008) Block Pabau Bazar (Pauri Garhwal).We Are Looking For A Fresh  Female Singer For Our Next Projects. If you Have Any Information About A Good Voice Please Let Us Know. I Am Trying To Built My Career In Our Uttarakhands Music.
      I Am Sharing My Words Regarding A Problem in Our 1st Uttarakhands Album. Which is Dedicated To Our Great Singer Of Uttarakhand Music Garhratna,Garhputra,Garhshaan,My Ideal & Guru Shri Narendra Singh Negi Ji. We Are Phasing some Problem For Launch First Audio Album "NAMAN".
    Problem is That I Am New in Delhi And Unaware About Here Peoples & Conditions.We Have Recorded Our 1st Cassette in May this Year (2008).We Did Record Our Songs With Meena Rana Ji And Her Husband Music Director Mr. Sanjay Kumola Ji in Rs-32000/- After having Master Copy We Went To Ramesh Ajmani (Rama Cassette)For Launch Our Album. He Took Rs-15000/- On Date 22 July 2008 For Launch Our 1st Audio Album And Said That He Will Launch "NAMAN" Within 7 Days. And Said Vedio Will Launch Soon But Still We Are Waiting For Our Album in Market. I Have Called So Many Times To Him But He is Always Careless About Our Problem. What We Sould Do Any Legal Action Or Other Option is There.If Some body Can Give Us Advise Via Email & Phone it Will Be Helpful For us.Album Title is "NAMAN" (Pranaam). I Will Be Very Thankful All Of You. If You Want Listen Any Song Of Shri Narendra Singh Negi Ji in My Voice Your Most Welcome You Can Call Me it Will Be My Fortune.

In my opinion, this would not be the first case. This has been going since long. Individual who has suffered this must lodge legal complaint.

Mr. Mehta,  May be such fraud already happend before some time but may be not highlighted by the person.  Rama  Cassete is a company having its repution in the market specially for the 'Uttaranchli Cassette'.  I think we should talk in loop a perosn from Rama Cassette.  Any ways i started to informed my contact reagarding the same and will try my best errort to help Mr.Negi. i thinks it not a cheating with the money but with the emotions of  Mr. Negi.

Tiwari Ji,

i had a word with this person and he told me that the Company has taken from from him and he was told that within a weeks time his music album will come in market. This was happened in July. he has been following up the matter with Rama and his ablum has not been released by the Company so far.

यह बहुत चिंताजनक बात है... मेरे संपर्क में भी कुछ लोग हैं जिनका इसी तरह आर्थिक शोषण किया गया है.. अधिकतर इस मामले में गैर-पहाडी लोग संलिप्त हैं.. लेकिन यह बड़े दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि उत्तराखंड संगीत जगत के कुछ बड़े नाम भी अपने ही लोगो के साथ धोखा करने से नही चूकते... हम कोशिश करेंगे कि इस टोपिक के माध्यम से ऐसे लोगो को बेनकाब किया जाए...

यह बिल्कुल सही बात है कि उत्तराखंड फिल्म व संगीत उद्योग में कलाकारों को उचित कमाई नही हो पाती... कलाकारों की मेहनत की गाडी कमाई का बड़ा हिस्सा म्यूजिक कंपनियों के मालिको की जेब में जाता है... इस बात की पुष्टि प्रसिद्द हास्य कलाकार घनानंद जी 'घन्नाभाई' ने भी "क्रिएटिव उत्तराखंड" के साथ एक साक्षात्कार के दौरान की थी..
