Because she has taken a vow to fulfill the dream of her martyr husband …to see his son as an officer in the Indian Army that he served to his last breath and his daughter as a teacher illumining lives of each and every girl from the nearby villages through education.

Considering that the total population of Uttarakhand is less than a crore, the people of Uttarakhand origin have done rather well for themselves in various fields, nationally and internationally. But one area where we have lagged behind is entrepreneurship. Even today, truly successful entrepreneurs from Uttarakhand are relatively few.
It is people like Shri Madhavanand Bhatt who are out there to challenge this situation. Bhatt, an erstwhile banker, has made a name for himself as a highly reliable real estate developer in Navi Mumbai. He is constantly unveiling newer and bigger projects and planning to expand into more cities/states.
Simultaneously, Bhatt has launched an entertainment company called Shree Anmol Production . The first offering of ShreeAnmol Production, a full-length feature film that portrays the velour of Uttarakhand Jawans and sacrifice of its womenfolk is ready for release. Shot entirely in 35mm format and having extremely high production values the film is expected to set new standards of quality in Uttarakhand cinema. Shree Anmol Production also plans to setup a full-service studio in Uttarakhand and launch a 24X7 Uttarakhand channel in the near future.
Bhatt, who had a very humble beginning, is always ready to help those trying to come-up in life. He runs a school in the slums of Gowandi (Mumbai) and is planning an old age home in Karjat (Maharashtra).
Smt. Meenakshi Bhatt
Meenakshi, the wife of Shri Madhavanand Bhatt has great qualities. She is a wonderful wife, a caring mother, a successful business woman and a philanthropist. She has been a great support for her husband particularly during the turbulent times.
Meenakshi has a Masters degree in Arts from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai. She has also been a teacher
