FIrst of all Mehta ji you should ask which browser is best not which Internet explorer is best. Because Internet Explorer is a product of Microsoft, which is a type of  browser.

Firefox is a open source browser. It means all the coding is available in public domain. One can add many features in Firefox as per the individual requirement. Technically also Firefox is more secure.

BUT

since Internet Explorer (IE)is widely used many sites are optimised for that only. So many sites will not look the same exactly as they look in IE. Specially sites made using the MS technology, dot net and dot asp.

In IE also there are many versions current version is IE8 but many sites are still not compatible with this browser.

The other browser are safari for mac users, konqueror for linux users.

I would suggest using Firefox and keep IE only for those sites which are not opening properly in firefox. One such example is Railways Ticket booking site which gives problem in Firefox (sometime not always).

Hope it helps.

Transfering Music From Audio Cassette To Computer

Things Required

1. Tape Player with Cassette(From where we want to copy music)
2. Double Ended 3.5mm Stereo Cable
3. Computer having sound card
4. Audio Recording Software

Connect one end of cable to into the headphone output of tape player. Connect other end to "line-in"(blue color slot) of computer sound card. Open recording software. Click on record button. Play tape from where we want to copy music. Now software is recording. Click on stop button when we want to stop recording. Save recorded music in mp3/wav format.

Audio Recording Software

There are various recording software available on net.
Microsoft Windows has inbuilt recording software Sound Recorder(Start-->All Programmes--> Accessories-->Entertainment-->Sound Recorder). It records for 60seconds only. after 60 seconds you gave to hit record button again and then it will record for next 60 seconds and have to repeat same process until we want to finish recording.
One more audio recording software is Nero Sound Trax embedded in Nero CD Burning Software. One more free download software is Audacity(http://audacity.sourceforge.net/).

कमल:
I use audacity. This is a free and opensource software and gives excellent results.

Currently Philips has come up with CD cum Cassette Player, in which there is a USB port and you can directly put your USB device (pen drive, hard disk) and play cassette and it would be recorded in USB device.

The price of the same ex-delhi is around Rs. 4500.

Drawback of the same is that it is not having Audio Out so you cant use external speaker with it.
