I am an NRI and wish to settle down in Uttarakhand after few years. I am planning to start a skill development/vocational training center in Uttarakhand and I need guidance related to government schemes of loan/subsidy and also if any registration/affiliation process is required. I have already bought land and likely to start construction in next 6 month. Guidance in this matter highly appreciatied!
