तीन हजार शिक्षक भर्ती की राह खुली, LT रिजल्ट 30 तक
हाईकोर्ट ने प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद रुड़की को एलटी के पदों का 90 प्रतिशत परीक्षा परिणाम 30 जनवरी तक घोषित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
हाईकोर्ट ने प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद रुड़की को एलटी के पदों का 90 प्रतिशत परीक्षा परिणाम 30 जनवरी तक घोषित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। बचे हुए दस प्रतिशत राज्य आंदोलनकारी के कोटे के परिणामों पर बाद में निर्णय लिया जाएगा।
न्यायमूर्ति सुधांशु धूलिया की एकलपीठ के समक्ष शुक्रवार को मामले की सुनवाई हुई। नैनीताल निवासी� राजन कफलटिया ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर कहा था कि प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद रुड़की की ओर से अभी तक उनका रिजल्ट घोषित नहीं किया गया है।
90 प्रतिशत रिजल्ट होगा घोषित
प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद रुड़की के अधिवक्ता की ओर से बताया गया कि पूर्व में विज्ञाप्ति एलटी के 3081 पदों में से 90 प्रतिशत का रिजल्ट 30 जनवरी तक घोषित कर दिया जाएगा तथा दस प्रतिशत रिजल्ट राज्य आंदोलनकारियों का घोषित नहीं किया जाएगा।
पक्षों की सुनवाई के बाद एकलपीठ ने प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद रुड़की की ओर से दिए गए बयानों के आधार पर 30 जनवरी तक रिजल्ट घोषित करने के निर्देश दिए।
