    - Solid understanding of H.248 (Media Gateway, MGC) and/or SIP (Proxy/B2BUA/SBC) and associated standards is a prerequisite.
    - Experience with leading protocol-stack vendors - development/support or porting on systems is desirable.
    - Good Command on C/C++.

 2) Protocol Testing
    - Experience 2 - 10 years
    - Good Technical knowledge of Testing methods and Testing Process.
    - Experience in protocol testing like H.248/Megaco, MGCP, SIP
