यह मन्दिर पृथ्वीपुर तथा बहादुरगढ़ के जंगलो में स्थित है। प्रतिवर्ष यहां पर शिवरात्रि के दिन तथा सावन के महीनें में तीन दिन के लिए मेले का आयोजन बडे़ धूम धाम के साथ किया जाता है। विकास नगर और हरबर्टपुर के हजारो श्रद्धालु इन मेलों में भाग लेने आते हैं।

Dhari Devi Temple (SRINAGAR GARWAL)
It is believed that the idol of Dhari Devi shall not be put under roof. For the same reason, the idols in Dhari Devi Temple are put under open sky. Taking photographs of Dhari Devi idols is strictly prohibited.
The village near the temple is name after godess Dhari and known as Dhari Village. A hanging bridge over Alaknanda river connects the Dhari Devi temple to Dhari Village.

Kalipad Shakti Peeth (IN BAGESHWAR DISTT)
It is situated at the foothill of Girechhina (district Bageshwar), a place from where one can view the entire Himalayan range and the Sangam of Saryu and Gomati in Bageshwar. It is the same place where the historical Baghnath temple is situated.
Though it had been a neglected valley till some time back but now it is being connected by motor road. It's hardly 14 km from Bagesghwar and 16 km from Someshwar. This area has a rich vegetation and beutiful natural panoramic spots.
