चकराता का राजमा और देहरादून का चावल, लीची और चूनी विश्व प्रसिद्ध है।
अल्मो्ड़ा-थल मोटर मार्ग पर धौलछीना का खाना बड़ा प्रसिद्ध है और शेराघाट की मछली भी भौत फेमस ठैरी। राजेन दा तो इनका टेस्ट लेते हुये घर जाने वाले हुये।

This grass is found there which is used in making plate (pattho thaali ). These plate are used marriage and other function. Specially in gone days, people used distribute meal on these plates on marriage etc..
