Sunbhi

Sunbhi, a small settlement, is in Chamoli District of Uttaranchal. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city , this rural area blessed abudantly by nature, is a haven for tourists. The nearby major cities are Chamoli and Karnaprayag.

The River Pindar flows very close to this village. Kumjug, Ghat, Nandgaon, Nauli and Romni are the places around Sunbhi. Chopta considered as one of the most striking and quaint spots in the Garhwal region of Uttaranchal, is easily accessible from here.

Gohna Tal Lake is easily accessible from here. Some of the nearby places are Matai, Roni, Nadaprayag and Bhimtalla. Gopeshwar Mahadeva Temple, a highly revered shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, is within a short distance from here

Sunala

Sunala is a small town in Chamoli District, Uttaranchal. It is situated near Nanda Prayag and is easily accessible from Chamoli and Karnaprayag. Cities and villages nearby are Nagnath, Pokhri,  Sugi and Kachula.

The National Highway connecting Karnaprayag and Chamoli passes very close to this village. Gopeshwar Mahadeva Temple, an ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, is easily accessible from here. The Pindar flows very close to this village.

Regular bus services connect Sunala with Chamoli and Karnaprayag.

Durmi (Uttarakhand)

A small village, Durmi is in Chamoli District of Uttaranchal. It is situated on the banks of the Gohna Tal Lake, a special attraction en route to Kunwari Pass trek. State highway from Gopeshwar ends here.
