Chilianaula

 


Chilianaula Village is situated 4 km from Ranikhet, Almora District. The famous Hera Khan Temple is located amidst scenic surroundings. Anand Puri Ashram is also here. The village is rich in dense forests, magnificent peaks and medicinal herbs.

Dhaul Chhina


Dhaul Chhina is a small settlement in Almora District of Uttaranchal. It is situated on the state highway connecting Bare and Kanari Chhina. The nearest major city is Almora. Bordered by Almora and Pithoragarh districts, Dhaul Chhina has Manruriya, Panuwalaula, Nainl and Bhainstya Chhana as neighbouring locations.

Pattharkhola

Patharkhola is located in the northwestern part of Almora District in Uttaranchal. It is around 50 km north of Bhikiasain.

Tarikhet

Located about 8 km from Ranikhet, Tarikhet is a charming village on the way to Ramnagar. It was once the nerve center of the freedom movement. A must-visit in Tarikhet is Gandhi Kuti - a small hut in which Mahatma Gandhi once stayed. Golu Devta Temple is also situated here.
