Translation:-
When a low cadre employee helps the King at a bad time or required time, the lowest cadre employee might get the minister post. However, due to non-action/non-execution by the minister /chief could be demoted to ordinary servant.
(Shukra Niti Second Chapter Yuvrajadi Lakshan, 249)
In the life, the role of action or execution is more what is written in books and what all consultants teach us. In any organizations – business, political or social organizations, the person executing the jobs as per need gets promotion.
Execution is a better principle to talk about but hard to perform practically.
The rules for the perfect executions/actions are –
Focus on limited options that is -the only one task that is the Most important task.
The person should keep in mind that the organization is more important than the person.
Application of Fours Ds is important – Do it, Delegate it, Defer it, Dump it
The clear, competent execution strategy is a must
The executioner/action taker should have the passion for the task.
In other words the action taker should know the following
Where to go?-Objectives/goals
What is to be done-Plan?
How could be done –Role
What will I get – Rewards
