Translation-
If the King is under age of young, the ministers should not ignore the king and the ministers should respect the young King as the aged King. Apart from respecting under aged King or crowned prince, the ministers should not criticize the crowned prince before The King. The affections for the son and the woman are the stronger emotions than other emotions. By criticizing the successor/crowned prince before the King, there might be danger for the person criticizing the prince.

The Executives of Family Run Organization should take care in dealing with heirs of the CEO of the organization-
There are family run organizations in the business and in politics too there are family run political parties as in India are Congress, Samajvadi party, Shiv Sena, , Akali Dal etc. Many times, the family appoints young heir as CEO of the organization that young person does not have any experience. In those circumstances, the top level executives should respect the young heirs as they respect the aged CEO. The top level executives should also be careful that they don’t criticize the young heirs before heir’s parents.
The top level executives should be very careful in dealing with the family members of the CEO of family run business or political organizations. Many times, praising a family members before others might be dangerous.
