(Shukra Niti Second Chapter Yuvrajadi Lakshan, 327 –330) 
Translation-
The wealth /coins those are left on the road, or wealth got from the underground is called unknown source assets or assets of indefinite owner. Same way, the definite ownership asset is also of two types – Sahjik Intuitive and Adhik or earned by unnatural ways. Sahjik Dhan are assets earned by ancestral properties or by business. The Adhik’ or unnatural assets are earned by getting wealth by winning war,  reward, interest, salary, earning  performing rituals etc.

 In today time, the assets are of following types-
Growth Assets – Equities securities, Antiques, Rental properties
Defensive Assets- Debt securities, saving Accounts, Deposits certificates
The assets are also divided into – tangible assets and intangible assets.

Translation-
The personal income is of two types-
Balance income of Last year
Current year income
The miscellaneous income (Adhik and Sahjik Dhan ) is also of two types-
Fixed wealth (assets)
Liquid wealth (assets)
. The income from land is called Parthiv Ay (income from land). The income from land is generated from temples, artificial articles, water resources, contry ,rural and urban land and that income is of three types as explained earlier – Adhik, Madhyam and Alapfal (Highest, Medium and low result oriented) . The liquid income or assets are generated by compound income, financial fines (capital punishment), land tax, rent, gifts, etc. The accountant states that asset as income.

Presently, the following are the sources of personal income –
Salaries/wages/ consultancy
Capital Gains less losses
Taxable pensions and annuities
Partnership and Corporate net income
Business net income
Dividends
Taxable individual retirement account distribution
Taxable social security benefits
Taxable interest
Unemployment or other types of compensation

Translation-
The expenses on any  medium depends on the  income generated from a medium as  most of the expenses occur  on the same medium from where the income is generated .

  Centre should take the clue from Shukraniti for sharing income with the State that most of expenses are done on the place from where income is generated.

(Shukra Niti Second Chapter Yuvrajadi Lakshan, (338-339) 
Translation-
That wealth asset buried in the land/ field and could not be taken out even in the worst situation is called Nidhi Vyaya (Batta Khata) or write off asset.  That asset or fund is kept with other person is called Upnidhi Vyaya. The fund we get by selling is called Viniyamikrit Nidhi or exchange fund.  There is another fund that is kept /given to other on interest or no interest basis is called Adharnik Fund. The fund that is given on loan on interest is called Loan or Rina . The Rina are of two types – Hath Uudhari or Yachit and that means without interest.

The Casualty expenditure is of four types as Re-donation, Bonus/awards, salary and consumable expenditure.  The Overhead expenditures are of various types. Archaeological Expenditure is that expenditure that is combined with a daily balance account.

Those special income and expenditure are called Recurrent and repeated expenditure or income/revenue. .
