Translation –
 The King should gratify his servants and subject as per his qualification, to some less and to some more.
 The King should satisfy some by gentle look, sweet words, good feast, clothes, betel and wealth.
The king should ask somebody about the health, and should grant great privilege, bearers, ornaments, uniforms, umbrella  made from leaves, umbrella made from cotton.
Should offer to some mercy, obeisance, respect, attendance, services, knowledge, love , affection, association and should offer to someone half or full seat, or praise or recital of the acts done god for others.

   Advices for CEO gratifying the Employees_
1-CEO must take a note that not to go with one size fits to all.

 Reasons for CEO appointing the Board of Advisors –
The reasons behind CEO appointing board of advisors are follows-
1-Organization gets outside prospective
2-Organization expands its network
3-Organization increases its credibility among investors, customers and vendors
4-Supplimenting Organizational leadership
5-Help in solving inside mistakes
5- Helps in anticipation the markets etc.
 The advisors should be appointed carefully.
