According to Vedas, the killing of animal is not violence, same way, execution of the  bad men is not violence but non violence
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan second51)
The Political leaders should understand the importance and defects of death penalties for the culprits.
Supporters of death penalties for murders argue that since the murders took other’s life (cold blooded ) they should be executed as they forfeited the right to live. The supporters of death penalties argue that death penalties communicate the fear for future would be cold blooded murder.
The supporters of death Penalties argue that the society should be tough on crime.
The supporters of death sentences argue that it is fair treatment to the culprits.
Many supporters of death sentences claim that death sentence is cheaper and more humane
Conclusively, Commonly,  the supporters of death punishment offer the reasons of deterrence, retribution, law and order incapacitation and cost.
However, there is trend for stopping death penalties in our cultured societies.

There is no greater virtue than pardoning. By punishing /suppressing own subjects leads to destruction of fame, wealth and virtue.
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan second54)
Shrimati Indira Gandhi was one of the great leaders of India. By winning the Bangladesh war she got immense fame and praise from all quarters. She brought Sikkim under India.  Indian citizens loved her for poor-oriented policies as she finishing Privy Purse for ex-Kings and nationalizing private banks.  However, she declared an emergency in India and put opposition leaders in Jails in mass. There had been suppression of citizens, especially in North India. She lost the election after the emergency was over. Her one-act of suppression wiped out her various good works for India. Today, she is praised by critics but history cannot wipe the black spot of Emergency and other suppressive methods used in Emergency in India.
Political and Army leaders of West Pakistani suppressed the East Pakistan Citizens and ultimately, West Pakistan had to lose the East Pakistan (Bangladesh) territory.
Hitler had to face public-rage because of his anti-public (anti-Jews) acts.
Therefore, political leaders never suppress the public at all levels.

द्वापरे चाधर्मत्वात्                 II56
 प्रजा नि:स्वा राजदौष्टयाद् दंडार्थ  तु कली यथा
In Satya Yuga, there were four parts of Dharma /Virtues, therefore there was no provision for punishment. In  Treta Yuga, There was full punishment as the subjects had a vice quarter to its amount. In Dwapar Yuga, the virtue existed only to its half its extent, therefore, punishment to the extent of half of its extent. In Kali Yuga,  half punishment is must because the subjects are poor due to the weakness of the King.

Where in a state, the king is righteous there the subject is also righteous. If the king is a sinful King, the subject will surely be wicked.

Where the king and subjects are sinful, there, the clouds don’t rain and the earth does not produce grains and fruits. Also, there is always deterioration of the Kingdom daily. Even there is the increase in the number of enemies and there is the destruction of wealth too.
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan second 60)
Usually, it seen that sinful dictators destroy the countries by making other countries as the enemy and even after the death of the dictator, the country cannot develop easily. Many communist dictators especially in East Europe, Myanmar (Burma, )  took their countries economically, politically, and socially, in very bad shape. Sinful Dictator General  Yahya Khan and his west Pakistan Citizens  destroyed its country (Pakistan )

Even the King who is drunkard is better than that is very angry (by nature) and womanized. The angry king irritates the subjects and other destroys the castes.
The King addicted to alcohol destroys his intelligence and loses the wealth. The subject is not affected by the intelligence and wealth of the King.  However, the anger of the king and his womanizing habits affect the Kingdom.
(Shukra Niti Fifth Chapter Mitra -Amitra Lakshan second 61, 62)
The CEO must take note that her/his anger and addiction towards the opposite * destroys the organization because the CEO creates enemies.
