The hand to hand fight is the contest between duellers without weapon.
(Shukraneeti, Chapter 7 Vidya VA Kala Nirupan- 55 )
 From marketing warfare point of view,  the above Shloka fits  competition among salesmen selling to a retailers (small , medium or malls).
 There is always direct or indirect one to one combat among salesmen of different brands selling their products to a common retailer. There are following areas where salesmen of different brands fight for –
1-Display area provided to the brands in the retail outlet
2-Preference in pushing the brand
3-Stock pressure
4- Credit days
5- Preference of brand among salesmen of the retailer (usually medium)
6- Not criticising the brand
7- Retailer offering discounts to the end customers from its profit
8- Space for Point of Purchase
9- Relationship with brand personnel
 There is always one to one fight among sales personnel of many brands selling to a retailer.
The Cief Executive Officer should understand those aspects of one to one fight among sales personnel in a retail shop. That will help the CEO for understanding sales management.

That who died in one to one fight neither gets heaven nor gets praise in this earth. The hand to hand fight should be fought till last breath. Because, there must be fight till the pride of enemy is zeroed. .  Attack by hands, defend the hand attack, attacking various means by hand, attack by hand with speed, continuous attack on enemy, kill or injure the enemy, injuring or killing the enemy by taking benefit of carelessness of enemy, all the cited fighting is called Nipeedan  (offence or attack) and defence is called Pratikriya (  defence or reaction). All these hand to hand fight are part of art.

Physically, CEO does not need to fight hand to hand with the competitors. However, there are many instances where the strategies of hand to hand fight are used in dealing with the competitors (organizations or individually) . All marketing fights are equal to the war /battle or fight in action especially, in creating marketing strategies.

 The Chief Executive Officer should focus on one point at a time and should avoid taking many points at a time.
 Taking a focal point at a time does not create confusion among the responders or staff .
Taking single point for action is surety to complete the job while taking many jobs at a time is guarantee of many unfinished jobs. .

   Ganga Arti and Badrinath Arti attract tourists:

  Chanting Ganga Arti at the bank of Ganga in Rishikesh, Haridwar, Prayagraj, and Banaras and Badrinath Arti at Badrinath Temple attract tourists to visit these places.

 Same way, various chanting acts at various religious places also attract tourists.

 The CEO related to tourism departments of various organizations take a note about the importance of chanting for attracting tourists.

The stakeholders of chanting places should also study the needs of tourists at the very time.

   Transportation is Essential for Tourism Development:-
The transportation is an integral part of tourism. Nobody can think tourism development without transporting facilities (including inter city transportation).  With the better transportation facilities, the tourism expands. There are many important heritage sites in the world but due to poor or no transportation, those sites are under developed.
    Training for Vehicle Driving is a must for tourism development –
 Transportation facilities develop by having vehicles and drivers for driving vehicles. Drivers require proper training.
