The king should appoint men from his caste for (judgement or court board). Because the royal caste members are likely to be well qualified

The CEO must be very careful in selecting her/his councillors and they must be elites and well qualified for the subject (here judiciary ) .

The king who is interested in his own welfare should restrain from advising /deciding /offering decision in disputes among Brahmins about ritual practices or to those who belong to other religion or another caste than the king.

Whenever, there is religious disputes, the court should make bench of judges but should make sure that at least sizable numbers of judges are from same religion for which there is dispute. For example if the dispute is about Hijab uses in College, there must be at least one Muslim judge as was the Karnataka High Court judges bench comprised of Ritu Raj Awasthi (CJ ), Krishan S dixit and Khazi Jaibunnisha Mohmuddin. Khazi is an woman judge.
Same way, in Supreme Court, there were Hindu and Muslim judges for hearing the plea of Ayodhya Ramjanma Bhumi Dispute.
