[The biggest drawback of King (CEO) is to be unethical and by being unethical, there is increase in fear, enemies and there is sharp decrease in strength and accretion.]
It is proven fact  that when a CEO /Chairman, president or owner of an organization violates the ethical means the CEO , the organization gets sever losses and there is loss of credibility of the individual as well as the organization besides, the monetary losses and closure of the organization too. Forbes .com rightly states “High profile downfalls of corporate CEOs are not a new phenomenon (1)”
forbes.com offers the example of 5 bad CEOS in a chapter ‘ 5Most  publicized Ethics Violations by CEOs (1)-

[The unethical and autocratic King suffers anguishes and it is as bad as walking on sword edge for working with unethical King and is harmful to serve unethical King.
The unethical acts by CEO or organization have many drawbacks. The unethical organizations or individuals suffer in long terms. The Ex –Indian Finance and Home Minister P. Chidambaram is suffering a lot (legal custody and jail custody) because of his so called unethical  acts by supporting his son’s unethical acts  (taking bribes for wrongs) . The reputation earned by learned Chidambaram is now damaged and that damage is non-repairable.
The organization also suffers by adoring unethical acts. There are negative impacts on the employees’ performances in the organizations too those prefer unethical means for running the organizations and ultimately start losing competent employees. Ethical based organization attracts competent staff but unethical based organization detracts competent employees. Competent employees do not prefer working with unethical CEOs or unethical organizations.

[The employees serve the ethical King with happiness, and servants serve the unethical King with pain or unhappiness. The King that is ethical (righteous) and strong gets the wealth.]
It is true that the misconduct or bad conduct of CEO or organization indulging illegal acts, the employees do not accept the CEO or organization with happiness. In one survey, it was found that 71 employees prefer pay cut to work with the company whose value they share and 39 % would quit the job if boss insists for unethical acts (1)
Ethical means in the organization or good conduct of CEO creates the  competitiveness among employees of  the organization too .

[If without inspiration or order from the King the Citizens are ethical and are devotee to the nation the King should follow the same policy]
If in any organization the employees follow the ethical means without any order (written or verbal instruction) or code of conduct, the CEO should follow the same policies for long.
The employees follow the ethical means only when there is ethical culture in the organization. Eminent behavioural Psychologist Thomas G. Plante suggests the CEOs   following means are necessary for creating ethical culture among employees (1) –
1-Clear expectations for what is Okay and Not Okay
2-Modelling desired behaviour from top bosses
3-Reinforce the behaviour you want and don’t reinforce the behaviour that you don’t want
4-Focus on Skill Building and Problem Solving
5- Provide the Tools People need act ethically
6-Provide Corrective Feedback
Corrective feedbacks are most important in creating ethical employees.

[Because of unethical King, if there are differences of opinions, divergences and enmities among the Citizens, Army and Ministers Etc. that is the Sign of foolish King]
It is important that CEO or leadership create ethical conduct among employees for achieving common goal in the organization.
If the CEO is not moral person or the leadership is policy less or unethical, it is sure that there will be differences of opinions, differences, divergences and enmities among the employees and employees pay more attention on their opinions or egos than the common goal of the organization.
Michael E. Brown and Marie Mitchell (2010) concluded from various researches that the organization gets benefits such as from ethical leadership is related to important follower outcomes. Such as employees job satisfaction, organizational commitment, willingness to report problems to supervisors, willingness to put extra efforts on the job, voice behaviour (expression of constructive suggestions intended to improve organizational health) and perception of organizational culture and ethical environment.
Michael E. Brown and Marie Mitchell (2010) concluded too for the negative effects of unethical leadership on the employees.
Michael E. Brown and Marie Mitchell (2010) state that unethical leadership effect negatively on the followers, influence negatively on employees attitudes, task and extra role performance, resistance behaviour, etc.
The unethical or policy less leadership definitely influence positively on the employees for deviant and unethical work behaviour among employees.
The unethical leadership or policy less leadership definitely create selfish  goals for themselves among employees ignoring the goal of the organization.
