There are all types of wealth available in the earth. This earth is the reason for destroying deities and demons. Because of earth, the king destroys himself.  That whoever, ignored earth for her/his consumption and protected the wealth and personal life that person did not do any good.   Without protecting earth every wealth and life is useless.
(Shukra Niti Rajkrityadhikar Nirupan, 1.179 -1.180)
Shukra Niti was created around 1st century AD or before. However, on that time, there was awareness of Earth and protection.
All CEOs should make a note that their first priority is for protecting earth and environment. It is crime for CEO to destroy the natural norms of earth and pollute the environment,

Translation –
It is duty  of the king that he visit the kingdom and find out whether the officials made people happy or  made hardship in the cities, villages , states.
In this respect the king should think about benefits of the people. The king should take sides of citizens and not of the officials. If majority of people complain about an officer the king should free that officer from the service immediately. If minister does crime the King should punish him in alone. If minister does mistakes time and time again or is suppressive in nature the King should fire minister in public. Suppressive ministers and officers are dangerous to the Kingdom as they become source of Kingdom destruction.  (Shukra Niti Rajkrityadhikar Nirupan, 1. 375, 376, 377, 378)
CEO must observe a couple of matters in her/his visit –
The CEO might visit market, work places (production), branches or associates as component or raw material suppliers etc. ,
The CEO must hear the problems of lowest level cadres about the company or if in market should consult customers, dealers etc. If there is disaffection in working places, branches or in market places, the CEO must take immediate actions for rectification and should make such arrangement that in future dissatisfaction does not happen.  The CEO’s visit should not be for showmanship but for CEO comes to the reality .

Taking help from all is duty of a CEO and being egoless

Translation:-
The man cannot complete a smallest work without the help of others. It mean that  it is just impossible to perform the duties of king without taking cooperation and help. It means the perfect king takes help of ministers or should never decide anything without consultation of ministers.
(Shukra Niti Yuvrajadi Lakshan 2. 1)
CEO must seek cooperation from all subordinates and associates
The perfect leader is who is expert in taking help or cooperation from subordinates and associates as well.
The CEO should consult his best team leaders before taking decision for long tern effects.
The CEO who knows to take cooperation is the real charismatic leader.
The leader who does not feel embarrassment in taking /asking hep is always a successful leader.
Asking help means diminishing down the unnecessary ego.
For getting help, a person should be egoless .Having ego, the person cannot get help or don’t ask help from others.
In Hindu Religion there is good teaching for taking help from others. In Yagnopvit Ritual, the by has to go for begging from aunts, sisters etc. This is the best way to train diminishing ego and getting help. In Jainism too there are rituals for children to learn diminishing egos for getting help from others.

CEO must take advices from his immediate subordinates of committees-
The CEO must take advices before taking critical and important decision. The advisors might be immediate deputies, departmental heads, legal heads, outsider consultants, or recommendation from the committees.
Since, due to over burden of works , CEO does not have ground knowledge , there it is essential that CEO takes advices from those have ground knowledge . However, the CEO must be careful that the advisor is selfless person and does not have any self-interest I offering advice to the CEO.
The CEO should not take decision on her/his whims. The whimsical decisions are always fatal for the organization.
