Kumaoni and Garwali are two main spoken languages of Uttarakhand. There is no major difference in the languages. We can say almost 80 % languages match. However, there is area specific changes in language, tone and a few words within kumoan and garwal.

We will write common words of both the languages here. Hope this will encrich your language on the language.
