Kai Tai Kya Chayanu: Satirical Article discussing Desire, Own Rights and Other’s Duties by Asian Satirist
Critical review of Garhwali satirical- humors prose- 111
Garhwali Satire and humorous Prose by Asian satirist Bhishma Kukreti -55
Kai Tai Kya Chayanu (Garh Aina, 20/12/1989), A Garhwali humorous and satirical article written by Asian satirist Bhishma Kukreti
                       Review By: Bhishma Kukreti

It is said that justice is a fair chosen operating balance of duties and right. There is universal saying that for every duty there is right and for every right there is duty. There is another saying that you have a right to have duties and have to duty to have rights. However, the desire of human being does not work on logical senses.
The Asian satirist Bhishma Kukreti humorously provides many examples in his brilliant satire ’ Kai Tai Kya Chayanu’ , people don’t want to talk about their duties but want their rights. Whether it is personal relationship, political scene, film industry, business, medicinal business, education centers or journalism field everywhere, human being desires something from others but does not want to think about his prime duties to get his rights.

The great Indian satirist Puran Pant is expert for satirizing various behaviors of politicians. In this present satire ‘Hamaro Desh ‘, great Indian Puran Pant satirizes the arrogant behaviors of ruling party politicians. When the ruling political party politicians get chance for ruling for long time they become arrogance and don’t believe in public perceptions. These politicians deny all the charges of nepotism, corruption, deceiving public, not fulfilling their promises. The great Indian satirist ridicules such behaviors as nepotism, corruption, deceiving public, not fulfilling their promises by politicians.
Puran Pant uses politician as first person writing letter to people to specify his behavior. The language and phrases are successful in satirizing unwanted, superfluous or emotionless behaviors of politicians. Overstatement and mockery is glued successfully by great Indian satirist Pant.

From the time Janta Party (1977) came in power displacing powerful Congress party in centre, every time there are discussion and temporary marriages among many political parties either to threat the government or to create an image for a politician. In 1989, there were many politicians who broke from their respective political parties and were alone loaner in political wilderness. They or many ambitious politicians used to form third front or used to make news of making third front –a group of various individual politicians. These days, Mulayam Singh has been making news of creating third front.
The Oriental regional language satirist Kukreti ridicules such opportunistic and ambitious politicians those make news of making third front (separated from Congress and Bhartiya Janta Party).  The Oriental Satirist uses dialogue style to mocks up opportunist politicians. The Oriental satirist Bhishma Kukreti also satirizes the fractured man date for politicians being ambitious to get power.

In logic and psychology, rationalization (Making excuse) is an unconscious defensive mechanism in which perceived confused or controversial feelings are logically justified or concealed and explained by logical means.
The regional Asian satirist Bhishma Kukreti satirizes the behavior of rationalization by taking a person deciding for a tourist place to spend holidays. The friend of writer wants to go on tour for holidaying but provides various excuses for Andaman Nicobar, Nepal, Darjeeling, Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Garhwal and decides to be in Mumbai only.
The Asian Satirist Bhishma Kukreti indirectly criticizes the behavior of making excuses. The Asian satirist Bhishma Kukreti humorously shows the diminishing position of choice for Kashmir, Andaman Nicobar, Garhwal and Darjeeling as tourist places too.  The phrases and language are simple and indirect.

It is fact that in India, the medical facilities for poor all over India and in rural area is very poor and not available readily as in urban regions. The active role of women is socio economic development is important in rural area and it is open fact the women lack more medical facilities than men. The women face the following main medical problems in rural area (R.K.Sarama and Saroj Dhawan, 1986):
Diseases of respiratory system, Diseases of Digestive system, Diseases of Urinary tract, Diseases of reproductive  system, diseases of eye and ear, diseases of mouth, diseases of scalp, diseases of skin, deficiency diseases, other diseases as headache rheumatism , arthritis, Malaria, Hysteria, Piles etc.
Another very serious problem in rural area is maternal death (due to severe bleeding, infections, unsafe abortions, eclampsia, obstructed labor and other reasons.  India and Nigeria were third in death of pregnant women in 2010AD (six every hour).
Famous Non Resident Indian Satirist Parashar Gaud takes the issue of mother death or death at the time of child birth in his satirical article. He shows people are helpless in rural Garhwali area for preventing mother death.  The satire is  mini in size but is effective.
