This author classifies the satire of great Garhwali satirist Harish Juyal into ‘Dandriyalistic Satire’. In the present satire ‘Atirikt Yogyata’, Harish’ style of satirizing the subject is as ‘Kanhaiya Lal Dandriyal uses.
In this satire, great Garhwali satirist talks about the weaknesses of Garhwali society in humorous and satirical methods. There are many weaknesses (or additional eligibility/ talent?) as alcohol consumption, believing on fate than actions, jealousy etc.

The language is very much simple but laughing gas. The great Garhwali Satirist Juyal uses conventional phrases and proverb and he also created many new proverbs for Garhwali language in this satirical prose.

Bribery means an act of offering gift or money that alters/changes or adjusts the behavior of beneficiary. The paying-off is to get the job done through government officials or other persons by offering those gifts or money.
Harish Juyal takes the readers in the satirical article ‘Katwari System’ to past about offering bribe through Ghee pot (Katwari). Humorously, Juyal states that these days, the procedure of ‘Katwari System’ has changed and will change in future too as ‘Udan Tastari’.
Humorously Juyal discusses glove money, cross palm, greasing palm, greasing wheels, oiling the angels etc.

Prakash Mani Dhashmana writes a regular Garhwali satirical column for a Garhwali weekly ‘Rant Raibar by the name ‘Chakdait Uvach’’.  When a ruling party member of legislative assembly   (MLA) does not get the minister ship or other position in government agency the MLA feels desperation. Prakash satirizes such desperation of a politician for not getting powerful position in government agency.
Prakash Dhashmana is editor and journalist too and there is effect on his reporting and editorial job on his satire. There is less humor in the satire but more description on feeling of the politician.

V.P .Singhan: Satire Satirizing ridiculing Confusing Leadership of Indian Prime Minister
Critical review of Garhwali satirical- humors prose by Asian satirist - 132

Garhwali language Satirical, sardonic, ridiculing, mocking, spoofing, lampoon, and humorous Prose by regional Oriental satirist Bhishma Kukreti -63

                                                  Decision Processes
According to Ron Edmondson, the leader takes two types of decisions Arbitrary and Calculated
In case of arbitrary decision, the process is a-few people affected; the decision life is short; low cost or decision has less impact; usually decision maker is also implementer;  less thinking requirement in decision making and only single person is required for decision making.
In case of calculated decision, the process is- many people affected; the decision is long term implementations; the decision requires higher cost and the decision has big potential; decision requires others for implementation; the decision requires constant and more thinking and such decision requires other’s wisdoms and counsel.
V.P. Singh was infamous for not taking decision
Due to various selfish, unlike minded allied political partners and self centered leaders as Devi Lal, Chandra Shekhar, Ajit Singh, Mufti Mohammed,  in the government or outside supporters by Communist and Bhartiya Janta Party, former Prime Minister V.P. Singh was infamous   for his not taking decision or delaying the normal decision too.  Asian regional language satirist Bhishma Kukreti criticizes (satirically) such poor decision taking ability of a premier as the character of leaders effect the working style of the country. Kukreti humorously proves that even the horse cart driver has become poor decision maker in India due to the behavior of V.P. Singh.

Juttu: Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith
Critical review of Garhwali satirical prose- 133
Critical Garhwali review of Satire by Great Garhwali Satirist Harish Juyal -6
‘Juttu (Satire collection ‘Khubsat’, 2012) Garhwali Satire Prose by Great Garhwali satirist Harish Juyal (A review)
                            Review by Bhishma Kukreti
[Critical Review on  Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; Garhwali Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; Uttarakhand Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; Mid Himalayan Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; Himalayan Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; North Indian Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; Indian Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; South Asian Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; Asian Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith; Oriental Satire attacking humorously, satirically on Hocus-Pocus, Black Magic, Mantra-Tantra and Blind faith]

The creation and believing on black magic, blind faith, hocus-pocus or Mantra-Tantra was for autosuggestion to mind and protecting from fear when the human society was unable to know the real causes of diseases or other physical difficulties. Now, the human beings could find the difference between uses of auto suggestive mental Mantra and scientific proven aspects. The great Garhwali satirist Harish Juyal attacks on hocus-pocus, black magic, mantra-tantra and blind faith when people are well versed that the problem is not mental problem.
Great Garhwali Satirist Harish Juyal provides many examples where mantra and tantra are not required by pesticides or fungicides are essentials. When the vegetables on plants are getting rotten the plant medicines are required and not the Mantras or Tantra. Even people hang shoes to protect plants from diseases or hang shoe on door for increasing milk production from caws or buffaloes.
Great Garhwali satirist is king of using phrases those create satire and humor together. His way of creating humor from real rural Garhwali world is marvelous.

Naurtu da tain mile gunner: Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security
Critical review of Garhwali satirical prose- 134
Critical Review of Garhwali Satire written by Prakash Mani Dhashmana -10
‘Naurtu da tain mile gunner ‘(Rant Raibar 11/2/2013) by Prakash Mani Dhashmana
                       Review by Bhishma Kukreti

[Notes on satire on Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; Garhwali Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; Uttarakhandi Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; Mid Himalayan Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; Himalayan Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; North Indian regional language Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; Indian regional language Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; south Asian regional language Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; Asian regional language Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security; Oriental regional language Satire on VVIP (very Very Important Person) Security]
From the time Uttarakhand state came in existence, there have been benefits from state ministers to their own men those flatter them. In the name of security and security for very important persons, the ministers are allotting government security men or gunners for their pet men. In India, there are 45,oo0 policemen guarding for 13000 VIPs.
Prakash Mani Dhashmana takes the issue of ministers allotting gunners to their pets through his satirical article Naurtu da tain mile gunner. Naurtu gets state government gunners because of his flattering, lubricating, oiling to the ministers.  After getting gunners, Naurtu shows his importance to the people. The people are now impressed that the man of minster is important. Prakash Dhashmana sarcastically shows how the politicians take advantages of their power and right to provide gunners to their own men who don’t need any such security. Prakash shows that at this time, gunners for important person is not for security but to show the importance.
The style is in journalistic story making form and language is Salani Garhwali.

Chhwata Gor Thobdu Chatan: Satire on Government Ignoring Small and Local Language News papers
Critical review of Garhwali satirical prose- 135
Critical Review of Garhwali Satire written by Prakash Mani Dhashmana -12
‘Chhwata Gor Thobdu Chatan’‘(Rant Raibar 11/3/2013) by Prakash Mani Dhashmana

‘Chhwata Gor Thobdu Chatan’‘a Garhwali satire by Prakash Dhashmana criticizes the indifferent policy or no policy for small newspapers/magazines. Dhashmana blames the uncaring strategy of government, politicians and bureaucracy for development of local language journalism and literature. The Garhwali satirical columnist Prakash Dhashmana charges the ignoring attitude of government, chief minister for not helping local language journalism and literature in his satirical column ‘Chakdait Uvach (The cunning man’s words).
The satire starts as if Dhashmana narrating a story or memory but slowly the narration starts analyzing the total unsympathetic plan, apathetic guiding principle, unconcerned guidelines, unmoved procedure by government, chief minister, politicians, government officers for local language literature and journalism.
The satire blames that the big papers are getting big pie from the government aids for improving journalism but not the small newspapers those are in need more.
The style is in story telling form and analyzing the facts resulting total loss of humor and making sharp statement. The language is from Salani dialects.
The satire impresses the readers to make pressure on politicians and bureaucrats to make a plan for local language development.

Critical Review of Garhwali Satirical prose written by Pritam Apachhyan -1
Review of Satirical article ‘Ghabda na ham Bhejna Chhan ‘  (Chithi Patri January 2002)by Pritam Apachhyan

Pritam Apachhyan is famous poet of Garhwali language of this time. Very few know that Pritam also writes satirical articles in Garhwali.
Before separate Uttarakhand state was created, satirist and cartoonist of Garhwali used to criticize Uttar Pradesh politicians and bureaucrats for ignoring the development of hills of Uttarakhand.
The people feel that they are now deceived after Uttarakhand sate creation.  Pritam Apachhyan criticizes the opportunists those are taking benefits of Uttarakhand sate creation and the rural people are deprived of planned benefits from newly created separate state.
The subject take by satirist is still relevant and people of Hills still feel deceived. The language is humorous and sharp as well. The uses of phrases by Pritam are brilliant and show his depth of language knowledge.
The present satire is one of the brilliant best satire articles of Garhwali prose in terms of balance humor, phrases and sharpness.
