                   Uttarakhand movement started from 1977 or so.  Uttarakhand movement time was a great era for Garhwali literature. Uttarakhand movement brought energy and passion among Garhwali literature creative. Uttarakhand movement brought progress and various subjects and genres in Garhwali literature.
              Pritam Apachhyan is famous Garhwali poet who also publishes Hindi poetries.  Pritam Apachhyan wrote a few satirical articles in Garhwali too.
 The present satire by Pritam Apachhyan is satire on the behavior of Uttar Pradesh politicians and centre politicians and administration that they are taking Uttarakhand movement as football and everybody is taking this movement differently but nobody is in fact supporting the movement or no body is interested to take action for forming of separate state Uttarakhand.
              Pritam Apachhyan uses figure of speeches very effectively to attack on the indifferent attitude of central and Uttar Pradesh state political culture.
हमारू यो बिचारु उत्तराखंड ठिक फुटबालै चार बण्यु च। अजक्याल ये देश मा उत्तराखंड को फूटबाल मैच खेल्येणु च। कबि सरकार वळा वै फर लत्ती मारिक चुलाणा त कबि बेसरकार वळा वै अपणा खुटों बटे  छटगण नि देणा  .
  The satire represents the unrest full mentality of Uttarakhandis who were waiting the final decision of Uttarakhand state formation.

         Akhilesh Alkhaniyan is young Garhwali poet and prose satirist bringing new subjects and newer forms. His present Garhwali satire shows bright future for Garhwali satire. Akhilesh Alkhaniyan offered cue of Geeta narration in Mahabharata. Satirist Akhilesh Alkhaniyan attacks various wrong happenings as extra income greed by government servants, internal rivalry among people, society and politicians, messing in land acquisition, and roles played by non stakeholders as Krishna and Shakuni. Satirist Akhilesh Alkhaniyan uses insulting words as ‘मै लाटू यन’ and other phrases as गिच्चा पर बुजडु,  दुर्जोधनै पाणी पिठै, औण दी तै शकुनी तै घौर तैकू मै.....; यु जू भ्रष्टाचार छ वू भी एक गात छोड़ी हैंकी गात मा खुटू धन्नू छ यान् ही यु भ्रष्टाचार नी जाणी या अजर अमर छ for creating humor and attack too.
         Satirist Akhilesh Alkhaniyan uses satire for reform but with implicated style. Satirist Akhilesh Alkhaniyan creates wit, irony by words successfully.
  Garhwalis are hopeful that very soon Satirist Akhilesh Alkhaniyan will be a shining star in Garhwali literature.

  The medium for studying Garhwalis is not Garhwalis and that is biggest challenge for Garhwalis reading Garhwali language literature. Therefore, it is necessary that Garhwali literature create such literature that Garhwalis are compelled Garhwali and make habit for reading Garhwali. Lal Chand Nirala is one of the creative that compelling Garhwalis reading Garhwali.
Lal Chand Nirala came on Garhwali literature through new medium Internet. Lal Chand is versatile creative. Lal Chand Nirala creates humor, satire and poetries. However, his contribution is the most on Internet is for creating funny stories, gags, or jokes.
  On Facebook, Lal Chand Nirala post his humor on daily basis and he has large following due to readers are compelled for reading and smiling, laughing or laud laugh.
Since, average Garhwali does not have habits for reading in Garhwali; the humor by Lal Chand Nirala is easy for reading by such Garhwali. Compelling average Garhwalis for reading Garhwali is the real contribution by Lal Chand Nirala for developing Garhwali language
  Broadly, Lal Chand Nirala creates two types of humor – one line humor (mostly satirical) and  jokes.

                     One Line Satirical Humor
 Lal Chand Nirala uses one line humor and that line comes from life or soil. The following humorous line is now a reality not only in rural Garhwal but in pan India. Due to husband and wife getting employment in different zones, the pair had to live at different places and one of partner can’t leave the job as economic does not allow so.
ह्ये गरीबी , पापी नौकरी ..कन्न बिछड़ौ कर्युं तेरु द्वी झणो माँ ll
The above humorous line has deep tragedy an important ingredient for satire and humor.
His following humorous line is a truth –
हैंसणा कु ओर हैंसाणा कु सिलसिला बदस्तुर जारी रालू , भाई एक बात ज़रूर ध्यान रख्याँ साल बदल्यायी मी ना l
The following line is not from any other world but from our daily life and readers don’t take time for reading it too –
भाई रे ठण्ड ज्यादा च , कचर ,पचर न खाएं , बाद में उकल , तकल हो जाती हैं !! और तब्ब बिगा देते हो लोगों का फुंगड़ा ,,
.
हा हा हा ,,हा हा हा हा हा ..
Following lines compel average Garhwali for reading Garhwali and that way Lal Chand encourage Garhwalis for reading Garhwali language literature –

Those one liner humors are from real life and attract Garhwalis for making habit for reading their own language literature.

                     उपनिषद याने मनोविज्ञान की छ्वीं।  याने धर्मै छ्वीं।  याने बड़ो गम्भीर साहित्य।  उन बि भारत माँ धार्मिक आख्यानों मा हौंस -व्यंग्य कमि मिल्दो।  पण आखिर उपनिषद बि मनिखों की इ रचना छन  तो उपनिषदों मा  बि कथ्या जगा हौंस -व्यंग्य मिल्द च।
छान्दोगेय उपनिषद मा 'जबला पुत्र सत्यकाम ' कथा तो असली व्यंग्य च।  सत्यकाम गुरुकुल जाण चाणों छू तो वैन अपण माँ तै अपण गोत्र पूछ।  ब्वे न बताई बल वा तो युवावस्था म  परिचारिणी थै अर तबी वीं सणि सत्यकाम प्राप्त ह्वे।  अतः जाब्ला तै पता नी छू कि वींको पुत्रो असली गोत्र क्या छौ।  सत्यकाम जब गुरुकुल पौंछ त वैन गुरु तै अपण गोत्र नि बताई अर सीढ़ी सच्ची बात बथै दे तो गुरुन बोली बल इन स्पष्ट भाषण क्वी ब्राह्मण पुत्र नि दे सकुद , गुरुन सत्यकाम तै पढाणो जगा चार सौ कमजोर , मरतणया  गौड़ चराणो  भेजी  दे।  सत्यकामन प्रण ले बल जब तलक १००० गौड़ नि ह्वे जाल वैन बौण ही रौण। जंगळ मा सत्यकाम तै सांड , अग्नि , हंस , मद्गुनन सत्यकाम तै ज्ञान दे।  जब वो गुरु का पास ऐ तो गुरुन वी चार ज्ञान देन , फिर वै तै गुरु की जगा   अग्न्युन ज्ञान दे।
  या कथा वास्तव सामाजिक परिवेश पर बि व्यंग्य च और जात पांत पर व्यंग्य का साथ साथ यो बि बथान्द कि ज्ञान का वास्ता गुरु से अधिक प्रकृति कामयाव गुरु च।  अपरोक्ष रूप से अब्राह्मण शिष्य तै पढाण मा आनाकानी एक व्यंग्य ही च।  (chhandogey Upnishad 4.4 to 4.9

फिर बि पँचतन्त्र मा व्यंग्यक झलक झळकां मिलदी च।  दंभ , मिथ्याभिमान, लोलुपता , नारी दगड़ विश्वासघात आदि जन व्याख्यानों में कम ही सै व्यंग्य तो छैं इ च (सत्यपाल चुग , 1968 , प्रेमचन्दत्तरो उपन्यासों की शिल्पविधि ). 
Leonard Feinberg न अपण ग्रन्थ  'Asian Laughter  (पेज 426 ) मा पँचतन्त्र का कथाओं मा हास्य व्यंग्य ढूंढ।Leonard Feinberg का हिसाब से संसार तै जानवरों आँख से दिखण अपण आप मा व्यंग्य च अर जानवरों चरित्र से मनिखों मनोविज्ञान व्याख्या करण बि एक तरां को व्यंग्य ही च।
पँचतन्त्र माँ सूक्ष्म हास्य या व्यंग्य च अर वो  झळकां ही च (Meena Khorana , 1991 , The Indian subcontinent in literature for children and Young) 
Mathew Johan Hodgart अपणी किताब  Die Satire ( पृष्ठ 127  मा )लिखदन कि पँचतन्त्र या अन्य पुरणी कथाओं मा कथा उद्देश्य अपणा आप मा व्यंग्य च अर  फिर जानवरों द्वारा कथा तै जीवन्त बणये जाण बि त व्यंग्य को एक रूप च।   
सम्मेलन पत्रिका  19 77 माँ बि इनि बोले गे बल पँचतन्त्र मा अपरोक्ष रूप से व्यंग्य मिल्दो जखमा एक पात्र अर्जुन तरां संशय से भर्यूं रौंद अर दुसर चर्तित्र कृष्ण तरां उपदेश दीन्दो वास्तव मा यु सुकराती आइरोनी च।

पँचतन्त्र मा चरित्रों नाम गुण बि बथान्दन अर यो भि व्यंग्य को एक भाग च।  यही शील गढ़वाली नाटक का शिरमौर भवानी दत्त थपलियालनन अपण द्वी नाटकों मा बि अपणाइ।  नाम से हास्य व्यंग्य पैदा करण एक व्यंग्य  शैली च
