Uttarakhand state is unique in its flora and fauna.  Government agencies from British era till date take decision about forest and forest animals those do not amicable to inhabitants. For example if a human being kills a forest animal the fine is more than the state compensation for forest animal killing a human being.   Prakash Mani Dhashmana satirizes such Uttarakhand state policies those are anti inhabitants of rural Uttarakhand.

Bhishma Kukreti travels a lot. He has travelled all over India.  In these two articles, Kukreti compares the development of most underdeveloped regions and finds the similarities. Kukreti finds that the political leadership is similar in Marathwada (Maharashtra) and Garhwal as both are indifferent to their responsibilities. Shockingly, Kukreti talks about bounded labor in Pudis village (Kandhar Taluka, Nanded district) in Marathwada on his real experience too.
The satire is serious and Kukreti tries to make it humorous.  The article is based on personal experience of Kukreti.

Tribhuwan Uniyal writes on various subjects in one article of ‘Padhani Bau’ column a Garhwali satirical column. In the present issue, Uniyal ridicules the politicians who deceived their own party and see that their own party candidates loose the election.  The famous satirist Tribhuwan Uniyal  attacks on the voters too  that they wish to have honest politicians but vote for dishonest politicians.
Uniyal also ridicules the government policies that all government agencies spend major budget in March –the year ending month and do sit for nothing for eleven months.
As usual his way of delivering is fantastic humor.  The following lines state that it was great Indian singer Narendra Negi who arranged defeat for his pupil Ghanna Bhai

This was the janta Rule time premiered by Vishw Nath pratap Singh. Devi Lal was Indian deputy prime minister. At this time P.Upendra was information and Broad casting minister.  On those days, every politician used to vow in public for freedom of press, Doordarshan and Akashvani (All India radio).
Satirist Bhishma Kukreti slams politicians specially Devi Lal who openly was accused for his highly intolerant, bigoted, prejudiced,   fanatical, narrow-minded, small-minded towards media, newspapers those criticized them (politicians). In his satirical article, wit creator Bhishma Kukreti slams, bangs, criticizes, condemns, or disparages the politicians those support media freedom but in reality are intolerant to media those criticize them. Kukreti also criticizes the monopolistic mentality of politicians as Devi Lal, Karuna Nidhi, N.T.Rama Rao, M.G. Ramchandran, Indira Gandhi and her political supporters, George Fernandez, Arun Nehru and leftists.
Kukreti uses satirical phrases and sharp words both for criticizing politicians intolerant to media. Kukreti states that it is first that politicians learn to tolerate their own criticism and then they should talk press freedom or autonomy for All India radio or Doordarshan.

Hanuman Bangyeni Kaidi: Satire Attacking Corrupt Police and Jail forces
Critical review of Garhwali satirical prose- 88
Garhwali Satire Prose ‘Hanuman Bangyeni Kaidi ’by Prakash Mani Dhashmana -6 (Rant Raibar 5/9/2011)

There was news that two prisoners ran away from Dehradun jail by jumping twenty feet jail wall. Prakash Dhashmana attacks on the corrupt police force along with Jail personnel in his satirical write up ‘Hanuman Bangyeni Kaidi’.  He criticizes the local police for its mal practices in giving chance to dangerous prisoners to run away.  There is least humor in the satire and satire is more of reporting the incident and reviewing the incident. The satire is created by satirist when Dhashmana provides comments of the characteristic of Uttarakhand police force.
The language is based on Hindi journalistic language and less based on Garhwali tone. Most of the phrases are either translation of common Hindi phrases or pure Hindi phrases.
