 कुमाउनी & गढ़वाली भाषा के विलुप्त होते शब्द   
 


Dosto,

Kumaoni & Garwali are the two main dialects of Uttarakhand State. For quite some times, some changes are visible in these dialects. Kumaoni & Garhwali being to two major spoken languages in the State are losing many words due to not having the script. However, the efforts for script being made to keep the language survive. There is defiantly a need to keep the regional languages live.

We will try to write many words of these languages here which are probably extinct or now hardly used in day-to-day. Hope you will also contribute here in writing such words.

देखिये यह शब्द -    फाम 

फाम ( To remind)   यह शब्द पहले के आम बोल चाल में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है! किसी तिथि या व्यक्ति को याद करने के लिए फाम शब्द का प्रयोग किया जाता था!  मतलब -  किसी को किसी का सन्देश पास करने के  -

जैसे - यार यह सन्देश 'फाम' करके कह देना (जरुर से जरुर याद करने के लिए)

खुवैन - (पति)

The above both words are used for husband. Now hardly anybody must be using these words for calling husband.

English word is replacing the both...

झड -  झड पड़ गैयी (लगातार बारिश होना)

यह शब्द अब कम ही बोल चाल की भाषा में इस्तेमाल किया जाते है)

यह शब्द भी शायद अब शायद कम ही बोलचाल की भाषा में इस्तेमाल होता है!

हुसुक का मतलब होता है, किसी चीज को करने का self interest or pro-activenss.
