Seminar was successfully conducted on 31 Oct 2010 at Constitutional Club of India at Rafi Marg.
Following Guests attended this Seminar:-

2) Mr Pradeep Tamta, MP from Almora-Pithoragarh Seat
3) Mr Kishore Upadhyay, UKD MLA from Tehari
4) Mr Pooran Chand Nainwal, Minister for Migrated Uttarakhandi at Delhi
5) Mr Prem Sundriyal, Leader, Uttarakhand Parivartan Party
Mr Dayal Pandey gave a presentation on the relief work conducted by merapahad team at various parts of Uttarakhand during last two months.
The programme started at 4:30 pm and stretched upto 9 pm. It was long and protracted discussion session. Firstly, discussion was held on natural disaster during the recent rainy season then the analysis on 10 yrs of Uttarakhand. Apparently, most of the speakers expressed their views on the development of Uttarakhand so far and nobody was satisfied on the progress of the UK.
Most of the interesting session was questions answer. The showers of questions were to Harish Rawat Ji. He replied most of the question but due to paucity of time, my question remained un-answered:-

There was a need felt that we should focus making Uttarakhand a developed state in all aspect. The state of the dream of Martyres is yet to come true. Most of the speakers emphasized that efforts from individual level should also be made apart from Govt projects.
The Public Representative also assured to do their best.
