मेरापहाड़.काम नेटवर्क द्वारा merapahad.com तथा apnauttarakhand.com की सफलता से उत्साहित होकर एक अन्य साइट Hisalu.com का निर्माण किया है. इस साइट का अनावरण उत्तराखण्ड के संसदीय कार्य एवं पेयजल मन्त्री श्री प्रकाश पन्त जी के करकमलों से दिनांक 24 अप्रैल 2010 को एक सादे समारोह में मन्त्री जी के आवास पर सम्पन्न हुआ.
