As you are aware Merapahad community is fully dedicated to sustained and promote culture of Uttarakhand. We have been conducting various cultural and social programmes time to time. This time, Merapahad (Creative Uttarakhand  - Myor pahad) has organized a three days programme in Dwarahat from 29 Aug to 31 Aug 2010 . The Details of the programme as under:-

29 Aug 2010 -  A Rally for permanent capital Uttarakhand in GAIRSAIN

30 Aug 2010 -  Seminar on “Himalay Vachao & Himalay basao"– Save Himalayas.

* Posters  of two dignitaries  Sri Jaswant singh Bisht and Dr D D Pant.
                               
                            -          Scholarship amount will also be distributed to School  Children provided by UANA (Uttarakhandi Association of North America)

31 Aug 2010-   Career Guidance Camp at, Govt Inter College Kafara, Naugav, Dwarahat.

इस कार्य कर्म को सफल बनाने के लिए बहुत से लोगो ने अपना महतवपूर्ण योगदान दिया जिंसमे से प्रमख है श्री माधवा नन्द भट्ट जी, प्रसिद्ध बिल्डर एव उत्तराखंड के सबसे महंगी फीचर फिल्म "सिपाही जी" के निर्माता! मेरापहाड़ भट्ट जी के इस सामाजिक कार्य में योगदान के लिए आभार प्रकट करता है!

A team of Merapahad along with many others people will leave for Gairsain on 28 Aug 2010 and reach at Garsain on 29th where they start the rally for permanent Capital.

The team will be in Dwahrahat in next two days where a seminar and career guidance camp will be orgnized.

इस रैली के अन्तरगत आने वाले मुख्य मुद्दे निम्न प्रकार है...........
 
  १- एक विशाल रैली का आयोजन "गैरसैण" को स्थायी राजधानी बनाने के सम्बन्ध में.
 
  २- एक विशाल गोष्ठी का आयोजन "हिमालय बचाओ और हिमालय बसाओ" के सम्बन्ध में,   
 
  ३- राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज, काफला, द्वाराहाट में पढाई के बाद जीविका उपार्जन हेतु मार्गदर्शन....
