9 नवम्बर उत्तराखंड स्थापना दिवसDosto,

As you are aware, on 09 Nov 2000, Uttarakhand got the status of India's 27th State of India. On this is  occasion, first of all we would like to tribute martyrs who had scarified their lives for separate state Uttarakhand.

It has been more than a decade since Uttarakhand state came in existence. However, the moot questions are still unanswered. The dreams & the objective behind formation of Uttarakhand has not come true.

1)  Migration
2)  Un-employment
3)  Tourism
4)  Education
5)  Health

Migration from hill is one of the biggest issue. People are not happy with the development so far. We can analyze the development 14 yrs of Uttarakhand in this topic.

धूमधाम से मनेगा राज्य स्थापना दिवसOct 24, 02:41 am

टिहरी गढ़वाल। राज्य स्थापना दिवस पर जिला मुख्यालय में विभिन्न कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे। कार्यक्रम के पहले दिन आठ नवंबर को जिला युवा कल्याण विभाग द्वारा बहुद्देशीय भवन में ग्रामीण महिला व युवक मंगलदलों का सेमीनार आयोजित होगा।

जिला सभागार में हुई बैठक में जिलाधिकारी गिरिजाशंकर जोशी ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम मुख्यालय स्थित बौराड़ी स्टेडियम में होंगे, जिसमें विभिन्न विभागों के स्टाल भी लगाए जाएंगे। कार्यक्रम की तैयारियों को लेकर डीएम ने विभागों को निर्देश दिए है।

In my opinion, Uk has done less then 25 % progress during these 7 yrs. In all the fronts, i can say that we have made remarkable progress.

If we take road connectivity, you see a lot agitation and demonstration by people who have crying on top of roof for road connectivity in thier areas. As per the figure released by the the Rajya Sabha recently out of 843 village of UK who qualify for road connectivity under PMGSY, only 43 has road the road link.

Condition, on the other areas is also similar. However, there is little bit of progress on tele communication front.
