Rawat Ji,

I would like to give u one example. Once i was in Ranikhet. People were celebrating Birthday of GB Pant ji near Roadways station. I was also listening the speeches of people. Most of the leaders and journalists urged that Shree K C Pant, Son of Shree G B Pant should visit pahad atleast on some occasion.

This was K C Pant. The story of ther famous personalitis also the same.

I think the individual is not only responsible for this our Govt is also fully responsible whenever any special day is observed in UK, no body is called by the UK Govt.

Bilkul sahi kaha Mehta ji ab Sapna Awasthi (Upreti) ji ko hi le lijiye unke man main kitni khataas hai ki Uttarakhand ne kabhi unhe apna nahi samjha.

Generally, it is seen whenever there is any pooja God / Goddess has to be performed then only our people turn up to pahad.

Thanks to God to reminding these gentlemen that they had born and brought here...

I think the main case of this issue is that our Govt never support the migrated people to come back and join the hands in state development. There are many reputed business man from Uttarakhand. They have complaint that they do not receive any kind of support from the Govt.

The second reason also they are never called in any Function of State.

Mehta ji although apki bat valid hai, per mai ise ek excuse manta hu, kyuki hamare pahad mai ek kahawat famous hai "Apun ghar unaki nyutaki jarurat na padni [ Apne ghar ane ke liye kisi bulawe ki jarurat nahi hoti]".
Man mai agar apne uttarakhand/ apne logu/ Apne gav ke liye kuch karne ki chahat ho to mujhe nahi lagta hai ki ye bat jyada matter karti, Ha agar sarkar bulawa deti to yahi log man mai chahat na hote hue bhi sayad Nam ke liye, Media highlight ke liye.. thoda bahut kuch karte jarur. Warna hemant pandey ji ka example aapke samne hai.. unko bhi koe bulawa nahi ata fir bhi wo pahad hamesha ate hai.. logu se milte hai..
Or jaha tak K.C. Pant Ji ka example hai.. Logu ne unki wife ko N.D.Tiwari Ji ke khilaf jita ke Sansad bheja..Isase jyada kya pyar pahad ki janta unko de sakti thi batao... Fir bhi agar unhe pahad se koe lagav nahi hai, or wo pahadiyu ko sirf kisi ke ghar mai servent banane layak samjhte ho,  to mai nahi samajhta ki aese admi pahad ki kabhi bhi bhalayi kar sakte hai.. and I hope ki aese log pahad se Dhoor hi rahe, isi mai hamare pahad ki bhalayi hai...

Thanks Pandey ji for your views.

I have heard people saying that whatsoever position or success they have got in Metro cities just because of their hard work and dedication. They say that they have never got any support from pahaad and Govt. It is also fact that they should not break their link with pahad, no matter how much difficulties and problems are there.

The migrated Uttarkahandi are also equally responsible for neglecting their roots. Once I was in Ranikhet, Govind Ballab Pant Ji Jayanti was being celebrated there. Some people were saying that through the media they want to communicate that Mr K C Pant son of this great leader must visit pahad time to time.

There are many such complaints from people about him and from other leaders also.

I think both are at fault for this.

However, I would blame state for Govt more this. Uttarakhand soil has produced several great personalities who have made the country proud but never hardly turn up in their roots. There are many occasions where Govt can invite these personalities in the state so that connect with their soil and become instrumental in development of the state.

In many occasion, there are many people who do not wish to even to be called themselves and refrain mingling with their people. They feel inferior complexity. Why so ?.
