We are sharing informaiton here about a film based on Uttarakhand.

"Kaphal" - the wild berries - a beautiful film by written and directed by Batul Mukhtiar - loved the work done with local children (sorry dont remember their name) - all five of them has done wonderful work - particularly their dialogue with local dialect keeps the authenticity with the landscape..moments with children were captured with care and love - aptly supported by Subrat Dutta old friend you can always trust, Sankalp Meshram -who did surprise with his acting skills   Gurpal Singh - we all know his acting prowess for long , good work by  Pubali Sanyal and Dadi maa.. Vivek Shah's Cinematography compliments the narrative and never tries to overpower and the pace -Hope Children Film Society of India goes beyond the production support and stretches itself to get this film a wider release like Jabeen Merchant mentioned.
