2 Nights in Soul Valley

2 Nights in Soul Valley [1] is a forthcoming horror movie directed by Harish Sharma which is based on a true life incident and is made under the banner of Pinta and Dehal’s production (Chandigarh). The film will feature Hemant Pandey, Milli Moonstone, Sumeet Sharma, Aakshi Khari, Suumit Sharrma, Meenakshi, Gaurav Shah, Meenakshi Sharma, Yashan Jindal. The shooting has been done in various parts of India like Panchkula (Punjab), Morni Hills (Haryana), Pithoragarh (Uttrakhand).


It is all set to release on December 28, 2012. Harish Sharma’s new horror flick will redefine the meaning of spookiness.

Synopsis A group of friends decide to go on a trek unaware of the deadly realities of the valley they chose to set their foot on. Harry, the protagonist is surrounded by an unknown aura but the positive energy is saving him from each fall. Shanky, Harry’s girlfriend, tries to calm him down each time Harry tries explaining to her mysterious happenings he experiences. Accompanying these two are Lucky, Lovely and Vicky. Though even the other friends do not believe Harry and consider these happenings a telltale, when they come across Himmat, the trekking guide with a baffling aura, they realize that there are suspicious things surrounding them ever since they started their journey. Another character gets added to the story when the group is trekking the mountainous region of Pithoragarh- Jenny, who has come to the Himalayas from England for research on ghosts. But will this group surpass these supernatural powers that are pulling them to their death or will they disappear like most people did in the wild forests of Pithoragarh?

 Mumbai, Dec 24, 2012 (Washington Bangla Radio) Comedy serial “Office Office” fame Pandey ji, do you remember him? Hemant Pandey as he is known has tickled you all with comedy but he is back and this time in a serious role.

 “Ever since the start of my career I was marked as comedy actor owing to which my talents were kept hidden, but one day PRO turned director Harish Sharma offered me a role which was beyond my expectations. In this supernatural movie “2 nights in soul valley” I neither smile nor make you laugh as my role in the movie is of a guide who is very cryptic in a way, you see his positive shades and there is a sudden switch to negative. The character adds spook to the tale,” says Pandey.

 Talking about why and how he got this film Hemant says, “I knew director Harish Sharma from last 20 years and we have been good friends. We first met in my home town Pithoragrah where Sharma was a PTI journalist. After establishing himself in PR industry when he thought of directing movie that time he offered me this role. And as this is my first role in a grey character I hope after this movie my mark as Comedy actor will be purged and I will receive offers even for serious roles in movies.” This 82 minute supernatural movie based on the real incident was shot in the span of 12 days in Haryana’s hill station Morni, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Pithoragrah.

 Pinta & Dehal Production’s (Chandigarh based) movie stars debutant Sumeet Sharma, Aakshi khari, Meenakshi Arya, Suumit Sharma, Gaurav Shah and England singer and composer Milli Moonstone alongside Hemant Pandey.

 Hemant Pandey is a veteran theater actor who has acted in television serials like Office-Office, Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi, and film’s like Mujhe kuch kehna hai,Krish, Ready, Bin bulaye barati etc. With this film Hemant Pandey starts afresh by entering the film world in a serious character for the first time ever.

पिथोरागढ़ से दिल्ली आये हरीश शर्मा ने अपने कैरियर की शुरुआत एक स्वतंत्र पत्रकार के रूप में की और फिर उन्होंने जैन टी वी में पी आर ओ के पद काम किया साथ में स्वतंत्र रूप से भी पी आर का काम करते रहे. 14 साल तक दिल्ली में रहते हुए इन्होने पूरे उत्तर भारत में पी आर के क्षेत्र में एक नया ही मुकाम हासिल किया और उनकी कंपनी एच एस कम्यूनिकेशन ने एक से बढ़कर एक फिल्मों का पी आर किया. दिल्ली में ही रहते हुए ही उन्होंने पी आर के मायने बदले जहाँ उस समय तक लोग प्रेस कांफ्रेंस करते थे लेकिन उन्होंने पी आर की परिभाषा बदल कर वन टू वन इंटरव्यू करवाना शुरू किया. इसके बाद मुंबई आकर हरीश ने पी आर के क्षेत्र काम करते हुए पूरे इंडिया में अपनी कंपनी एच एस कम्यूनिकेशन को बुलंदी की ऊँचाइयों पर पहुँचाया. पी आर के साथ-साथ अब उन्होंने फिल्म निर्देशन के क्षेत्र में कदम रखा है.उनकी पहली फिल्म "2 नाइट्स इन सोल वैली" जो की एक सुपर नैच्रुरल फिल्म है 28 दिसम्बर को  रिलीज़ होने वाली है. हरीश शर्मा ने जिनका बहुत ही करीबी रिश्ता है पिथोरागढ़ से. अपनी पहली ही फ़िल्म में उन्होंने पिथोरागढ़ की एक सच्ची घटना को दिखाया है. उनसे पूछने पर कि आपने पिथोरागढ़ को ही फिल्म का केंद्र आधार क्यों बनाया है? उन्होंने बताया कि," पिथोरागढ़ मेरे दिल के बहुत ही करीब है मैंने अपने जीवन के बहुत ही बेहतरीन साल यहाँ ही बिताये हैं. मैंने कुमायूँ यूनिवर्सिटी से स्नातकोत्तर किया है और साथ में यूनिवर्सिटी स्तर पर क्रिकेट भी खेला. सन 86 से 92 तक मैं यहाँ रहा हूँ यहीं पर रहते हुए मैंने अपनी पहली नौकरी ''आज'' अखबार में बतौर संवाददाता की व स्वतंत्र पत्रकार के रूप में दैनिक जागरण और पी टी आई  के लिए काम किया. साथ में पिथोरागढ़ में ट्रेकिंग, स्कीइंग, हैंग ग्लाइडिंग व् माउंट ट्रेनिग भी की. मैंने अपनी  फिल्म "2 नाइट्स इन सोल वैली" का  मुख्य किरदार हैरी  पिथोरागढ़ के ललित विष्ट को ध्यान में रख कर ही लिखा हैं. ललित का इंटरव्यू मैंने पत्रकारिता के दौरान किया था. जब मैं उनसे बातचीत कर रहा था तभी मेरे जहन में यह ख्याल आया था कि जब कभी मैं इस काबिल हो जाऊँगा तो उनकी यह कहानी मैं फिल्म के माध्यम से लोगों तक पहुंचाऊंगा. आज जब मुझे यह मौका मिला तो मैंने यह कर दिखाया इस तरह मैंने अपनी पहली फिल्म ''2 नाइट्स इन सोल वैली'' को अपने प्रिय शहर पिथोरागढ़ को समर्पित किया है. यही नही मेरी इस फिल्म में पिथोरागढ़ के रहने वाले हेमन्त पांडे ने काम किया है इनके साथ-साथ कैमरामैन प्रकाश चंद,  प्रोडक्शन कंट्रोलर उमेश सिंह, सहायक कैमरामैन कैलाश व मेकअप  मैन दिनेश भी वही के रहने वाले हैं."हरीश शर्मा का जन्म बरेली में हुआ और शिक्षा बरेली के अलावा  लखनऊ, जयपुर व पिथोरागढ़ में भी हुई. बतौर फिल्म प्रचारक इन्होने फ़िल्मी दुनिया का ऐसा कोई भी बैनर, निर्माता, कंपनी, स्टार, सिंगर आदि नहीं होगा जिसके साथ काम न किया हो. १९९६ से लेकर अब तक लगभग १००० से ज्यादा हिंदी फिल्मों के साथ -- साथ सोनी पिक्चर्स की मेन इन ब्लैक ३ व द अमेजिंग स्पाइडर-मैन जैसी अंग्रेजी फिल्मों का प्रचार भी इनकी ही कंपनी एच एस कम्यूनिकेशन ने किया हैं.हरीश शर्मा की इस फिल्म "2 नाइट्स इन सोल वेली" में ''''कृश'''' और ''''ऑफिस ऑफिस''''  फेम हेमंत पांडे जी ने आरम्भ से अंत तक बहुत ही उल्लेखनीय अभिनय किया है. इनके अलावा फिल्म के अन्य कलाकारों में सुमित शर्मा, आक्षी, गौरव शाह, सुमित शर्मा, मीनाक्षी व इंग्लॅण्ड की रहने वाली गायिका मिली मूनस्टोन ने भी स्वभाविक अभिनय किया है.   पिंटा एंड दहल प्रोडक्शन (चंडीगढ़) की इस फिल्म में संगीत और बैक ग्राउंड संगीत दिया है वर्षा और मिली मूनस्टोन ने. इस फिल्म "2 नाइट्स इन सोल वैली" के लेखक व निर्देशक हैं हरीश शर्मा,  फिल्म की पटकथा लिखी है मीनाक्षी शर्मा और सुमन प्रसाद ने.http://prativad.com
