Hallow Everyone I am from Kolkata and its my first written response here :)

First time I visited Uttarakhand in 2005 and since then I become a regular visitor of this beautiful state atleast one time a year. I was Gooling for my upcoming trip here in Uttarakhand in this coming October 2012; and came to know about this forum. Thanks Google and you all guys :)

I am looking for some information about Kartik Narayan Swami Temple, Kanakchuri, Rudraprayag (or may it be Karnaprayag Distric...........please ignore my lack of knowledge). Me & my wife want to stay night (s) at Kartik Temple. I came to know there is a dharmashala run by the priest of that temple. Here is the reference link:

प्रिय अजय जी, देहरादून में आप एफ०आर०आई०, आई०एम०ए०, रोवर्स केव (गुच्चु पानी), सहस्त्रधारा, लच्छी वाला, लक्ष्मण सिद्ध मन्दिर, टपकेश्वर महादेव मन्दिर और डाट काली मन्दिर जा सकते हैं।
वहीं मसूरी में हाथी पांव, लालटिब्बा, गन हिल, कंपनी गार्डन, मसूरी झील, कैम्पटी फाल दर्शनीय स्थल हैं।

Actually I want to spend night at Kartik Narayan Temple (possibly a small dharmasala run by the priest of the temple) or Kakan Chauri..........my main objective is to watch the sunset and sunrise from the temple campus and capture/gather good information about the religious practice by the locals and the priest(s)............please help me
