I have question for you. We had opened a soceity here in Indirapuram wherein a lot of members used to deposite a fix amount every month and each time through lottery any particular member was given money but the Head of this society appeared to be fradulant. He duped everybody and almost 10 lac has been taken away.

Since the society is not registered and how can we take-up this matter with police? This man is at large right now. We are trying to trace him but could not find so far.

So that sort of legal action can be initiated against this fraud man now plz?

dont file complaint on behalf of the society or against the society. you people should file criminal complaint against the head of the society at your nearest police station.

Mr Mehta it took me 3 months to find out the location of my last post. Please make a proper head for legal section.
