Time to time, various uttarakhandi social organizations have been conducting “Kavi Sammelan” and other Gosthi in different metro cities to keep the culture alive and serve it for next generation through poems.

We will give details of all such information under this thread.

Dev Bhoomi Organization has organized a “Kavi Sammelan” in Noida on 5 July 2009, at Indira Gandhi Auditorium, Sector-6 Noida (Near Noida Authority Office). Following famous Poets from UK are have been invited by them :

-   Mr Sher Singh Bisht, legendry poet (famous Sher Da Anpad)
-   Mr Girish Tiwari, Girda
-   Mr Narendra Singh Negi, Poet-Singer
-   Mr Heera Singh Rana, Poet Singer
-   Mr Prem Lal Bhatt
-   Dr Diwa Bhatt
-   Mr Lokesh Nawani
-   Mr Ganesh Kushal Gani
-   Mr Jagdish Joshi
-   Mrs Veena Kandari
-   Mr Balwant Singh
-   Mr Girish Sundriyal
-   Mr Hemant Singh Bisht
-   Mr Jaipal Singh Rawat
-   Mr Dinesh Dhyani
-   Mr Pooran Chandra Kandpal

The programme will start from 3:30 pm

The Dev Bhoomi has invited all of you on this occasions. In addition to Kavi Sammelan, they are also awarding some of the Uttarakhandi Organizations who are involved in social service. Merapahad.com (CU) is also one of them.
