Total cost 23.00  lac when I booked the flat with club membership and car parking. I have paid approximatly 11.00 lac to the company.
Now according the website of the company this flat cost appoximatly 28.50 lac.

ग्राम प्रधान के चुनाव के लिए में पहाड़ गया था / ३०/८/२००८ को मेरा रामनगर के लिए रेल की टिकेट आरक्षित थी किंतु आरक्षित डिब्बा साधारण कोच बन गया था / ३१-०८-२००८ को रामनगर पहुच कर देखा की रामनगर के रानीखेत रोड में पैर रखने की जगह तक नही है/ सारी छोटी गाडिया डेल्ही व हरियाणा नंबर की थी रामनगर के इतिहास में पहली बार ऐसा हुवा है कि रानीखेत रोड में स्थित मिठै कि दुकानों में सुबह ५ बजे तक सारी मिठाई बिक चुकी थी मिठै के बाद फलों का नंबर लगा भाव आसमान को छू रहे थे  सभी के मुख में एक ही बात थी कि एस बार के चुनाव में हद ही हो गई है /

मैं सोचता रहा कि ग्राम स्तर पर एस तरह के चुनाव कितने लाभकारी और हानिकरक है / गावो का हाल इतना ख़राब है कि मन सिहर उठता है / शराब तथा धन बल का पूरा प्रयोग चुनावो में हो रहा है/
