Down payment option: Discount of 5% shall be given in case of
initial full payment.
Corner location 5% charges shall be extra.
RA is automatically considered as part of installment(s).
On free hold basis.
Allocation to eligible applicants on receipt of registration amount.
Allotment (seller-buyer agreement) will be done on receipt of 2nd
Installment.
Possession letter by developer/builder on receipt of 6th
Installment.
Plot area of 10% plus /minus shall be accepted by the buyer
depending upon the location due to layout constraints, if any
Handing over of physical possession of plots after 20 months from
date of registration.
Registry under arrangements of allottees, assistance shall be
provided.
Joint applicant(s) permitted after allocation.
Transfer permitted after payment of 2nd installment of DU and prior
to completion of the project. Transfer Fee of Rs 5,000/-each, shall
