My friend is having 1.5 Acre land at Ramnagar Distt. Nainital,
Uttarakhand, on National Highway 121, which is world fame for Jim
Corbett National Park (Wildlife Centaury) and situated 60 kms away
from Nainital, 85 Kms away from Ranikhet and 240 Kms. away from
Delhi. Development is going in and around Ramnagar. There are
various Resorts and Hotels in Ramnagar some of the renowned resorts
running are Quality Inn Group, Claridges, Country Inn, Manu
Maharani, Khatau International Ltd. etc. One builder Johari
Construction Co. of Delhi is constructing builder flats on NH-121
near Ramnagar and the land is situated opposite to it. More than
Lacs of tourists from India as well as abroad used to visit Ramnagar
and the resorts/ hotels situated over there, used to remain pack
through out the year. There is enormous scope of Hotel Project in
Uttarakhand and Government of India has also given Tax Holiday
package for the State of Uttarakhand. There is service tax, income
tax, sales tax, and capital investment subsidy upto 30% for new
undertaking. Hotels situated over there used to charge room charges
around Rs. 5000/- per person/day during off season, and during the
peak season such as Christmas, New Year, Summer holidays the
resorts/ Hotel used to remain occupied and the room charges goes
upto 10,000/- per day.
Anybody interested in having Collaboration for setting Hotel Project
or any other JV proposals are invited.
