Hanuman Chalisa with Meaning
Shree Guru Charan Saroj Raj, Nij Man Mukar Sudhari,
Barnau Raghuvar Bimal Jasu, Jo dayaku Phal Chari

With the dust of Guru's Lotus feet, I clean the mirror of my mind and then
narrate the sacred glory of Sri Ram Chandra, The Supereme among the Raghu
dynasty. The giver of the four attainments of life.

Budhi heen Tanu Janike, Sumirow, Pavan Kumar,
Bal Buddhi Vidya Dehu Mohi, Harahu Kalesh Bikaar

Knowing myself to be ignorent, I urge you, O Hanuman, The son of Pavan! O
Lord! kindly Bestow on me strength, wisdom and knowledge, removing all my
miseries and blemishes.

Jai Hanuman Gyan Guna Sagar
Jai Kipis Tihun Lok Ujgaar

Victory of Thee, O Hanuman, Ocean of wisdom and virtue, victory to the Lord of
monkeys who is well known in all the three worlds

Ramdoot Atulit Bal Dhamaa,
Anjani Putra Pavansut naamaa.

You, the Divine messager of Ram and repository of immeasurable strength, are also
known as Anjaniputra and known as the son of the wind - Pavanputra.

Mahebeer Bikram Bajrangi,
Kumati Nivaar Sumati Ke Sangi.

Oh Hanumanji! You are valiant and brave, with a body like lightening. You are the
dispeller of darkness of evil thoughts and companion of good sense and wisdom.

Kanchan Baran Biraaj Subesaa,
Kanan kundal kunchit kesa.

Shri Hanumanji's physique is golden coloured. His dress is pretty, wearing
'Kundals' ear-rings and his hairs are long and curly.

Hath Bajra Aur Dhvaja Birjai,
Kandhe Moonj Janeu saage.

Shri Hanumanji is holding in one hand a lighting bolt and in the other a banner
with sacred thread across his shoulder.

Shankar Suvna Kesari Nandan,
Tej Pratap Maha Jag Vandan.

Oh Hanumanji! You are the emanation of 'SHIVA' and you delight Shri Keshri.
Being ever effulgent, you and hold vast sway over the universe. The entire
world proptiates. You are adorable of all.

Vidyavaan Guni Ati Chatur,
Ram Kaj Karibe Ko Atur

Oh! Shri Hanumanji! You are the repository learning, virtuous, very wise and
highly keen to do the work of Shri Ram,
Prabhu Charittra Sunibe Ko Rasiya,
Ram Lakhan Sita man basyia.

You are intensely greedy for listening to the naration of Lord Ram's lifestory and
revel on its enjoyment. You ever d well in the hearts of Shri Ram-Sita and Shri
Lakshman.

You appeared beofre Sita in a diminutive form and spoke to her, while you
assumed an awesome form and struck terror by setting Lanka on fire.

Bhim roop Dhari Asur Sanhare,
Ramchandra Ke kaaj Savare.

He, with his terrible form, killed demons in Lank a and performed all acts of Shri
Ram.
Laye Sajivan Lakhan Jiyaye,
Shri Raghubir harashi ur laye.

When Hanumanji made Lakshman alive after bringing 'Sanjivni herb' Shri Ram
took him in his deep embrace, his heart full of joy.

Raghupati Kinhi Bahut Badaai,
Tum Mama Priya Bharat Sam Bahi.

Shri Ram lustily extolled Hanumanji's excellence and remarked, "you are as dear
to me as my own brother Bharat"

Sahastra Badan Tumharo Jas Gaave,
Asa kahi Shripati Kanth Laagave.

Shri Ram embraced Hanumanji saying:
"Let the thousand - tongued sheshnaag sing your glories"

Goddess Saraswati along with Sheshnag the cosmic serpent, fail to sing the
glories of Hanumanji exactly

Jam Kuber Digpal Jahan Te,
Kabi Kabid Kahin Sake Kahan Te

What to talk of denizens of the earth like poets and scholars ones etc even Gods
like Yamraj, Kuber, and Digpal fail to narrate Hanman's greatness in toto.

it to be a sweet fru it.

Prabhu Mudrika Meli Mukha Maaheen,
Jaladhi Langhi Gaye Acharaj Naheen.

Carrying the Lord's ring in his mouth, he went across the ocean. There is no
wonder in that.

Durgam Kaaj Jagat Ke Jeete,

Oh Hanumanji! all the difficult tasks in the world are rendered easiest by your
grace.
Ram Duware Tum Rakhavare,
Hot Na Aagya Bin Paisare  .

your protection.

Aapan Tej Samharo Aapei,
Tanau Lok Hank Te Kanpei

 EVERYONE MUST KNOW THIS

              Let's say it's 6.15p m and you're going home (alone of

course), after an unusually hard day on the job.

You're really tired, upset and frustrated.

Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your

chest that starts to adiate out into your arm and up

into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the

hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don't

know if you'll be able to make it that far. You have

been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the

course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart

attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating

improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only

about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing

repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should

be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep

and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep

              inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two

seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until

the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing

movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood

circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also

helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart

attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many

other people as possible about this. It could save

              their lives!!

Dear Friends, our Ex President Hon. Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam has started his own epaper 'billion beats', attached are first two issues of the paper.

Please circulate this epaper among your Indian friends and support Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam to make his dream about India true.

Quote;

Press Trust of India

Friday, November 30, 2007 (Chennai)

Busy as ever even after leaving Rashtrapati Bhavan, India's ''missile man'' A P J Abdul Kalam donned the role of a ''media man'' by launching a fortnightly e-paper Billion Beats to highlight the stories of India's ''islands of success'' and to establish knowledge connectivity.

Apparently frustrated over Indian media's lack of focus in highlighting the country's success stories, Kalam, along with his associates launched the e-paper on his website www.abdulkalam.com recently.

''We have the islands of success in every field of activity and we have to connect them to make a garland,'' he said in his message to first edition of the e-paper being brought out by his associate  V Ponraj.

Typical of Kalam, the idea to have his own media medium struck him while he was coming out of a television interview in New Delhi. As he drove out of the studios, Kalam vented his frustration to his associates saying, ''why are we not highlighting the success stories of achievers. Why are we not bringing unsung heroes to the forefront.'' ''Why an overdose of politics, murder caste war why '', Kalam was quoted as saying in the inaugural edition by M Anantha Krishnan, its National Affairs Editor, explaining the reasons that prompted the former President to launch the new initiative. Kalam also wants his new venture to establish ''knowledge connectivity'' among people.

ARTICLE ON NAUCHAMI NARAYNA -
« Reply #65 on: December 15, 2007, 12:02:53 PM »
http://[flash=200,200]http://Depicting him as a corrupt, flirtatious politician who neglects his duties as he whiles away his time in nefarious activities, the music video stars an actor with a striking resemblance to Tiwari[/flash]

I really don’t know how you might be able to do so, but I would strongly recommend you give the song Nauchhammi Narena, or “Naughty Narayan”, a listen. It isn’t going to be an easy song to locate, I reckon, if the chase I had to give is any indicator. In fact, now might be the time to thank my driver, Suresh Kumar, for having found and bought the track for me for a meagre Rs54 (including taxes) at a store in New Delhi that stocks music from Uttarakhand.

Backstory: The song is about a corrupt politicianFor those who are willing to take up a challenge, look for Nauchhammi Narena on a VCD called Uttaranchali Chitrageet, produced by Rama Cassettes and titled, what else, Nauchhammi Narena! And, oh yes, “Nauchhammi” is to be pronounced as you would nau or nine in Hindi, and chhammi to rhyme with Shammi. Sung by the hugely popular Uttarakhand singer Narendra Singh Negi, the album features eight Garhwali music videos, with an additional ninth track that contains the making of Nauchhammi Narena. Hailed in January as the Dylan of the hills by a Telegraph correspondent, Negi, also called the Mohammad Rafi of Uttarakhand, does what many an artiste would baulk at—he takes on the establishment in his title track with a blistering, scarcely veiled attack on the former chief minister of Uttarakhand, Narayan Dutt Tiwari.

Depicting him as a corrupt, flirtatious politician who neglects his duties as he whiles away his time in nefarious activities, the music video stars an actor with a striking resemblance to Tiwari. While Negi’s target is undoubtedly the Congress, he doesn’t have too many kind words for the Bharatiya Janata Party either. What’s more, he isn’t apologetic, even though the music video (now available on YouTube) starts with the declaration that all characters are imaginary and that resemblance to any individual is purely accidental. In an interview posted on a website, (younguttaranchal.com/uttarakhand-cinema/narendra-singh-negi-a-legend.html), Negi replies thus when asked whether his song upset Tiwari: “Whenever the truth is revealed, it is apparent that those affected by it would show their anguish. What I have communicated through the song are the feelings of the people of Uttaranchal, which they were otherwise unable to express openly. By doing so, I don’t feel like I have done anything wrong, and it is only the truth which I have communicated through this song.”

There is much that can be admired in Negi’s work. For instance, he uses the traditional devotional song form of jagar for his best-selling track and refuses to abandon folk instruments, such as the thali and damua, even while including the synthesizer that seems to have become part and parcel of Indian music from virtually any and every part of the country. Even his chorus looks like regular hill folk singing as they always would.
No makeovers, no wriggling, writhing cleavage-baring dancers in this music video, and that’s saying a lot these days. And there’s more that we can all learn from—he even takes care to acknowledge his team, including cameraman Ravi Bhatt, all the participating artistes, editor Kunal Vivek, and a music arranger with the most extraordinary name: H. Soni “Pum Pum”!

It has been a while since Nauchhami Narena was first launched and became a big hit. And I am relieved to see that Narendra Singh Negi hasn’t had to withdraw any offensive line from the song or edit any objectionable scene from the video. So what if the once feisty Taslima Nasreen has bowed to political pressure and promised to be a good girl and behave in favour of safe passage to Kolkata.

Hi ,

Forgot to mention subject, while writing an  official mail and feel bad later ???????

Yes…. It's a concern for all…. A mail without a subject brings a bad impression on us.

To avoid this,  Just follow the simple steps mentioned below and see the result .

Am really surprised to see code's success.........Just try this..........

Here below are the steps: -

1. Open your outlook  and click New
2. Press Alt+F11. This opens the Visual Basic editor and then Press Ctrl+R which in turn open Project-Project 1 (left side)

3. On the Left Pane, one can see "Microsoft Outlook Objects" or "Project1", expand this. Now one can see the "ThisOutLookSession".
4. Double click on "ThisOutLookSession". It will open up a code pane.
5. Copy and Paste the following code in the right pane. (Code Pane) and save it

Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)
Dim strSubject As String
strSubject = Item.Subject
If Len(Trim(strSubject)) = 0 Then
Prompt$ = "Subject is Empty. Are you sure you want to send the Mail?"
If MsgBox(Prompt$, vbYesNo + vbQuestion + vbMsgBoxSetForeground, "Check for Subject") = vbNo Then
Cancel = True
End If
End If
End Sub

6. Now whenever u try to send a mail without subject, which will raise a pop-up to remind you

Thanks & Regards,

Right to Emergency Care:
Date Of Judgment: 23/02/2007.
Case No.: Appeal (civil) 919 of 2007.

The Supreme Court has ruled that all injured persons especially in the case
of road traffic accidents, assaults, etc., when brought to a hospital /
medical centre, have to be offered first aid, stabilized and shifted to a
higher centre / government centre if required. It is only after this that
the hospital can demand payment or complete police formalities. In case you
are a bystander and wish to help someone in an accident, please go ahead and
do so. Your responsibility ends as soon as you leave the person at the
hospital.

The hospital bears the responsibility of informing the police, first aid,
etc.

Please do inform your family and friends about these basic rights so that we
all know what to expect and what to do in the hour of need. Please not only
go ahead and forward, use it too!!!!
