I dare like an Eagle and reach places forbidden to humans. Himalayas have always blessed and welcomed me with open arms.
The place : Gangotri, Uttrakhand, The Date: 1st January
some called me nuts after knowing my plans to go to this place on such dates as it was evident from past that it will be densely covered under snow flakes. and driving a Bullet will surely be a heavy challenge. the region is completely deserted for 6 winter months and all the villagers and hoteliers come at a low altitude area..
but accepting the challenges and daring to break-free is what we love to do. seeked Maa Gangas blessings and started for our escapade into the whites..it was only white all over once we crossed Sukhi Top and the temperature was less then 10 at nights. upto 2 fts of fresh snow on the road surely made the driving bit challenging but the vast experience made it possible to slide through it to reach the destination of dreams.
