The supporters of King Pradyumna Shah were frustrated by cowardly behavior of the King by not heading on with his brother Parakrama Shah and the king sitting idle in the palace. The sitting in the place idle by Pradyumna Shah was unwanted for any King. It was time for Pradyumna to show his guts and velour for protecting his Kingdom.
The supporters sent message to the prince Sudarshan Shah for being very attentive for the acts of Parakrama Shah. They suggested prince Sudarshan Shah  to come out of the palace . They assured Sudarshan Shah that they would oust Parakrama Shah and Sudarshan Shah would take the charge of the Kingdom. (Ganika Natak)
Sudarshan Shah was already annoyed by deceptive and uncustomary acts by his uncle Parakrama Shah.  Sudarshan Shah decided to fight with his uncle with help of supporters waiting for him outside the palace. Sudarshan Shah decided for freeing the Kingdom from Parakrama Shah. One day, Sudarshan Shah escaped from the palace without knowledge to his enemies. Sudarshan Shah reached to the house of Ramapati Khanduri. (Ganika Natak)
When Parakraa knew that Sudarshan Shah escaped the palace, he shouted on Pradyumna Shah. Parakrama accused Pradyumna Shah for conspiracy. (Dabral)

Sudarshan Shah was unhappy by the decision of his father King Pradyumna for pardoning Parakrama Shah. Sudarshan Shah felt unhappiness for not crushing Parakrama. Sudarshan Shah stopped his army for following Parakrama army and built again Ropeway Bridge on Alaknanda River.  The citizens were in danger due to infighting between uncle and nephew. Then , citizens felt reliefs after civil war ending.
For some time Parakrama sat peacefully. After knowing that soldiers of Sudarshan Shah returned to their villages, the army of Sudarshan Shah is not active, Parakrama called his army from Tehri side (opposite of Shrinagar) . Parakrama army again surrounded the palace. It was again bad situation for Pradyumna  and Sudarshan Shah.
The soldiers were scattered in Shrinagar ever where. Parakrama sent message to the king to kill King’s supporting ministers and divide the Kingdom.

Therefore, Parakrama Shah decided for Kingdom division. Parakrama was waiting for becoming King for many years. Parakrama said to the King that he would take the land of right of Alaknanda from Badrinath to Haridwar and Pradyumna would take left of Alaknanda River.  Pradyumna tried his best to make Parakrama understand. Parakrama was more powerful as Pradyumna was surrounded by armed force of Parakrama. The last post of Garhwal Kingdom touching Haridwar was near Bhimgaura.
    Parakrama declared him the King.
Parakrama called meeting of his supporters in night . Shishram, Shivram, Radha Guru, Chitramani and Shrivilas attended the meet.  Maularam in his Ganika Natak describes that the Nepal Vakil (representative ) Chanchal Dhar sent his representative to Parakrama Shah . The V messenger  of Nepal ambassador had an order for Parakrama Shah. The vakil messenger sent message to Parakrama shah that he was Nepal representative and asked Parakrama for correcting rope way bridge on Alaknanda . Parakrama did so. Parakrama called the messenger immediately and confirmed the  seal on letter from  Nepal government /advocate / or ambassador . The messenger read the order “ We handed over the Kingdom to Pradyumna Shah by all means and honor. How come your mind is adulterated that you captured the King ? You did not  act as per culture by capturing your elder brother and Garhwal King. Your acts are against code of conduct and custom. By watching the letter, free the King immediately. If you don’t agree then you make arrangement for asylum elsewhere. You will curse yourself after our attack on you for freeing the King.

Agreement between Nepal representative and Parakrama Shah

Parakrama Shah understood that then, Nepal wanted Pradyumna the King after hearing the letter of Nepal Vakil or ambassador . Parakrama shouted on Vakil and angrily said, “Are you warning me ?  If you head on with me , your kingdom would not be in Kurmachal too. If you have guts then you attack on my army. I did not make captive the king but ministers ousted we both.”
The Nepal ambassador said that in that condition, Pradyumna Shah would be the King but Parakrama would control the council of ministers.  Ambassadors reached to the King wit Parakrama. Nepal ambassador made agreement between the two. The King said to Parakrama that if he obeyed him, Parakrama would be the controller of council of ministers. There was Dharma Pratigya from both the sides.
Ambassador came to Shrinagar from Ranihat and informed the details of accord between Pradyumna Shah and Parakrama Shah. Ministers told to the ambassador that they would not follow till Parakrama sign on the agreement (Dharma Patra).  The ambassador returned to Ranihat and got agreement letter from Parakrama Shah and showed to the ministers. Then, ministers and ambassador reached to Parakrama Shah
The ministers advised the prince Sudarshan Shah for staying in Shrinagar with army.
The ministers reached Ranihat where Pradyumna Shah and Parakrama were together. Ministers bowed before the King. The minsters paid tribute to the king for five Asharfi and 4 to Parakrama.  Pradyumna Shah asked Parakrama for the staying place for the ministers. First, Parakrama told to stay in the mango garden at Ranihat. However, immediately Parakrama changed his mind and asked the ministers for going back to Shrinagar.
Next day, Parakrama and Pradyumna reached to Shrinagar.  Both the parties agreed for following the accord.
The army supporters of King retuned back from Shrinagar. After some time, the supporters of Parakrama stated surrounding by force the houses of supporters of the King. Then, the supporters of the King became worried about the activities of Parakrama.
Dr.  Dabral illustrated the above descriptions based on Ganika Natak by Maularam. Maulaam was the court artist and mint man too. Maularam was opponent of Parakrama too.  All the above description is one sided and create sympathy for Pradyumna Shah and create Parakrama as villain. No historian has the description of side of Parakrama Shah. The above description clearly showed that Pradyumna was a weak administrator.

There was day today tussle between supporters of Pradyumna Shah and Parakrama shah in Shrinagar. Pradyumna Shah could not handle the situation. For settlement  Pradyumna Shah sent a letter to the Kumon Governor of Neal Bam Shah .  Pradyumna Shah requested Bam Shah for deputing again the Nepal ambassador to Shrinagar for some time. Bamshah sent a letter with the ambassador and asked Pradyumna for meeting him with Garhwal ministers in Badhan.
Pradyumna went to Badhan for meeting Bamshah leaving administration with Sudarshan Shah. Minitser Mohan and a few soldiers were with Pradyumna Shah .
A few months back, Nepal Kingdom captured Jay Narayan Joshi the son of Harsha Dev Joshi with Garhwali soldiers. It was calculated /perceived by Nepal administration that Harsh Dev Joshi and his son wanted revolt against Nepal with the concern of Pradyumna Shah.
Bam Shah told to Pradyumna Shah that Nepal won the Garhwal kingdom in 1792. Nepal handed over the administration to Pradyumna for certain uses. Bam Sha warned Pradyumna that then, Nepal would take over the kingdom and would look after .
