Great Poet Bharavi and his creation ‘ Kiratarjunya’ the great Epic

Glimpses of Botany in Gupta period (3rd Century AD to 8th Century AD   -8
BOTANY History of Indian Subcontinent –135
Bharavi was one of great Sanskrit Classic poets. Bharavi is famous for creating Sanskrit Classic epic ‘Kirataarjunya (Arjun and Mountain ma Kirata).
Scholars do not have much about the life of Great Poet  of Arthalnkar (Similes ,Metaphor  , Hyperbole figure of Speeches) Bharavi. (1)
A Chalukya inscription (Karnataka) of  634 BCE describes Bharavi and Kalidasa (1). In another inscription, Western Ganga dynasty  King Durinita mentions having written commentary of 15th Sarga (canto  )  of Kiratarjuna created by Bharavi .  Shasirtal states that it is believed that Durinita ruled lived latter half of 6th Century. (1)
The 7th Century Poet Dandin mentioned that his great-grandfather was a friend of Bharavi.
                              Kiratarjunya
Bharavi took the famous story from Mahabharata for his Kiratarjunya. The story is that Sage Vyasa advised Pandava for tapa in collecting arms and weapons in the forest period. Arjuna Pandava goes to propitiate Indra for becoming more powerful. Arjun went to Indrakila and Indra advised Arjun for meet Shiva. Arjuna started a severe penance to please Shiva. When he was to reach Shiva, Arjun saw a demon in the form of a boar.  Arjuna threw arrows on the boar but a Kirata also threw arrows on the boar. Then there was a fierce fight for a kill between Arjuna and Kirata.  Initially the fight was by arrow and then the fight reached to missiles. Later on , Arjuna realised that the Kirata was not a human . Kirata disclosed that He was Shiva. Shiva was pleased and offered Arjuna the arms and blessing.
There are 18 canto *Sarga) in Kirata Arjuna as are  in Mahabharata. .

अप्रधान: प्रधान: स्यात्काले चात्यन्तसेवानात् I
प्रधानोअप्यप्रधान: स्यात्सेवालस्यादिना यत: II
(Shukra Niti Second Chapter Yuvrajadi Lakshan, 249)
Translation:-
When a low cadre employee helps the King at a bad time or required time, the lowest cadre employee might get the minister post. However, due to non-action/non-execution by the minister /chief could be demoted to ordinary servant.
(Shukra Niti Second Chapter Yuvrajadi Lakshan, 249)
In the life, the role of action or execution is more what is written in books and what all consultants teach us. In any organizations – business, political or social organizations, the person executing the jobs as per need gets promotion.
Execution is a better principle to talk about but hard to perform practically.
The rules for the perfect executions/actions are –
Focus on limited options that is -the  only one task that is the Most important task.
The person should keep in mind that the organization is more important than the person.
Application of Fours Ds is important – Do it, Delegate it, Defer it,  Dump it
The clear, competent execution strategy is a must
The executioner/action taker should have the passion for the task.
In other words the action taker should know the following
Where to go?-Objectives/goals
What is to be done-Plan?
How could be done –Role
What will I get – Rewards
